Whenever I find myself becoming overwhelmed, I get outside to breathe in the fresh air and essentially, refresh my mindset. If I have the time, one of my favorite places to step back is a rustic cabin outside Estes Park, Colorado. I can slow down with the crackle of a fire, watch in amusement as birds dance around the sky, or focus on my body’s movements as I cast my fly rod into the soothing river.
