1.) Stayed at 47 River Run Townhomes in February of 2018. By far this is the best accommodations we have ever had staying in Colorado. The town home is perfectly laid out, beautifully furnished, and well structured to provide for every need. The heated garage was a welcome feature for getting started on cold mornings. We especially liked the boot heater. Convenience to the base River Run base area for skiing was a concern, but we quickly realized that we could walk to the base area in just over 5 minutes. It was not burdensome even for the 4- and 6-year-olds we were skiing with. The open living area allowed everyone in our group to seek out their own space without being separated, so we could communicate with the kids while getting meals prepared. The view of the mountain was spectacular. Also, this was our first time to rent with SkyRun, and we really appreciated their professional and personal approach to rental management. 3.) We loved our stay here. There were 6 of us and the size was just perfect. Very comfortable beds and good use of space. We love to cook and were very happy to find a well appointed kitchen with the owner having stocked lots of spices etc. You can tell the owners are into cooking too. Normally when we rent, there will be salt, pepper and coffee, but here we had the works. You can also tell the owners really care for this space and don't just see it as income producing property - the feeling is so much better therefore. 4.) A group of work colleagues and I stayed here for 4 nights and we could not have been more comfortable or content. We had plenty of room to stretch out and the cabin had all the amenities we were looking for. If you want a quiet and luxurious stay and you needs lots of space, this is the place for you. I can't leave a review without mentioning the Sky Run staff. They are very customer service focused and do a great job of making everything smooth and easy. I have to specifically mention Lindsey who took care of all our needs flawlessly and I would say went above and beyond to make us happy. 5.) This was an excellent stay! The place was very clean and had everything we needed! SkyRun was great and was extremely willing to answer questions or assist us in anyway we needed! The condo was spacious and well maintained. The building appears to be very solid construction as we have never heard any noise from above/below or the neighbors. The ski lockers make it super convenient to get to the slope. The property manager, SkyRun, is easy to work with. 7.) The reps for Skyrun Vacation Rentals were great to work with- great follow-up, communication and friendly service. We saved about 40% renting from Sky Run vs. directly from Keystone Resort. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. We did read the reviews were some guests complained about noise. You could hear ski boots in the stairwells on the concrete stairs- but you could hear them just about anywhere in the building- so that wasn't even a consideration. The location is fabulous- location, location, location. Last year we stayed at Mountain House- which our son likes the Peru Express to the a51 Terrain Park- but we loved being steps from the Gondola. We will definitely rent this condo again from Sky Run- It was the perfect fit for us- we had a great time- great accommodations- fantastic service- reasonable rates- no complaints- Wonderful memories! 8.) This was at least the third time we've stayed with the Skyrun folks. Always great service and great properties. We drug a group of 11 along with use this time to spend a week off-roading in the mountains above Keystone, Montezuma and Breckenridge. There was room for everyone to have their own bit of private space when they wanted and plenty of room around the table and in the living room for us to all hang out and have a good time. Most everyone in the group was in Jeeps and the garage was a great space to store doors and tops during the day. Location and space was a primary concern for us and I don't think our needs could have been better met. Property is adjacent to a couple of places to eat as well as a great little bar. Not a noisy night club place, just a good neighborhood bar.. This was without a doubt one of the best vacations any of us have ever been on. The down side for the SkyRun folks.. One of the guys in the group decided he like Keystone so much, he bought a place up there, so we all stay for free now. 9.) As a family, this was the first time we have traveled over the holidays and SkyRun Vacation Rentals made it very easy. They were courteous and understanding to meet our needs and request regarding pricing. They went beyond what I expected. The condo was very nice and the view was magnificent. The kitchen was well equipped. The space was great for myself, my husband and three grown children. It also was walking distance from a ski lift and right around the corner to the entrance of Keystone Resort. What I liked best was the kitchen which was well equipped. It made it possible to eat all our meals in the condo. What I disliked was the small washer and dryer. I was not able to finish the laundry before the 10 o'clock check out time. 10.) Great biking paths rose to Frisco and back 28 miles with no roads to have to ride on. Plenty of sunshine and had the pool/hot tub/sauna to relax in after the hard ride during the day. All new appliances with water/ice in the door for filling water bottles. Amazing grill to cook dinner on and only one email to get the propane refilled when it ran out. Staff very attentive and respectful of privacy. Didn't have housekeeping waking you up at 9 am since no need for service during your stay. Check in and check out with no interruptions since you own the place your entire stay.
