What To Be Aware Of
- PARKING: One shaded parking space available plus plenty of Visitor Parking .
- From about late November to about mid February, the complex goes to a only heating system in the Winter. We will provide a portable cooling unit for those that like it cold.
- Good Neighbor Policy & City Law: Any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of a residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the hours of 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If a neighbor calls or comes over and asks you to quiet down, be friendly and quiet down. Rental properties cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings. (Noise is monitored by NoiseAware devices) The city has laws about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for.
