  • BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
  • Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
  • Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team. SkyRun is not responsible for other areas or roads at or leading to Mary’s Lake Condominiums.

Step into Mount Meeker 26B, a cozy one bedroom / 2 bathrooms condo with spectacular views of Marys Lake and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy the mountain views, morning and night, from your private hot tub on the deck!

Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Marys Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of the intimate gas fireplaces. The efficiency-style kitchen is well equipped for preparing simple meals. At the end of the day, enjoy the tranquil atmosphere on your deck while taking in the brilliant night skies. 

From the parking lot, walk up the flight of stairs to the deck with your private hot tub. Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the leather Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace and flat screen TV. The efficient kitchen is perfect for simple meal preparation. A short trip down the hall takes you to the first bathroom with full size shower. Just past the bathroom is the Master bedroom with a private ensuite bath. This Master suite features a King bed, flat screen TV, fireplace and full bath with a jetted tub/shower combo. 

Mount Meeker 26B will keep you warm and cozy in the winter, and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning. This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect romantic mountain home away from home! 

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
  • Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
  • Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.
