We are 20-30 minutes from everything - Aspen, Snowmass, the ski hills, Carbondale, the Roaring Fork, Basalt. Just how we like it.

Hello!
We are Kristen and Gautham, and this is our home! We are working parents of Nira, age 1, Sherpa, our fur-baby age 4, and entrepreneurs living in historic Snowmass.
We chose to live here, and we could live anywhere, because it is amazing! We are in the eye-sight of Snowmass ski area, a 20-minute drive to Aspen, Basalt, or Snowmass Village, but we have QUALITY OF LIFE. No traffic, no stress, ample space, a garden, room for Sherpa to run, a fire pit, and an outdoor deck, this is paradise!
We don't travel much, but when we do, we choose to share our home with you. No, it's not gold and marble, and yes, it is expensive, and that's because of its unique value - tranquility, space, family and pet-friendly, great light, and earth. These things are simply hard to find, don't much exist in Aspen, and we are here to host guests who understand, value, and respect our home.
The jewel of our land is nearly 2 acres of open space with outdoor shaded deck seating, a covered lower deck, amazing grass, treed areas, a fire pit, grill, outdoor garden, and dining table. We also have ample private parking.
Our home's crown is its open format, naturally lit top floor with an open format kitchen and living area, complete with wood burning fireplace, tons of plants and greenery, and a fully stocked-lived-in area for entertaining. We have a full workout room and mirrored space for yoga or other body practice. Upstairs we also have a baby's room, complete with a real crib, and our second bedroom doubling as office space for remote work.
Downstairs is a mudroom for gear, our garage for storage, and our master suite complete with king bed, double vanity powder room, claw-tooth bathtub, and large format shower. Our bed looks out on the grounds and is connected to a lower-level covered outdoor deck of sunrise or sunset reading or mediation.
Around the lands, you will find little touches of grounding, play, and connection.
The perfect place to play Old Snowmass is a stone's throw from fly fishing, hiking, trail-running, climbing, hot air ballooning, skiing, cross-country skiing, archery, ATV snowmobile or dogsled tours, and more.
