How It Works:
  • Learn about the Travel With the Seasons opportunity at your SkyRun vacation's front desk or in your vacation home.
  • During your current winter stay, book a summer stay with a participating SkyRun location using the promotional code from the participating locations and get 10% off.

  • This is an addition to the 7-20% you will be saving by booking a SkyRun property directly with SkyRun instead of the 'big listed sites.'

Terms & Conditions
Guests are only eligible to receive the 10% discount if booking with a participating location. Booking a summer stay during your winter stay is only valid from (November 1st - March 31st ). Booking a winter stay during your summer stay is only valid from (April 1st - October 31st).

You or someone you know own a vacation home? We are constantly seeking high-quality properties in beautiful locations to add to our portfolio. You may qualify for $500 cash if you or someone you know owns a vacation home that is accepted into our rental program.

How It Works:

  • Fill out the form below with contact information about your friend, family or colleague (or yourself) that owns a vacation home. 
  • This registers the referral with us.
    • You can talk to your referral about SkyRun or can let them know you referred them, but that is not required. 
    • We will let the referral know we are calling because of your referral, but won't tell them about the $500, so that's up to you how you want to handle.
    • We will contact your referral and talk to them about why SkyRun may be the right manager for their property.
  • Then if your referral signs a contract with SkyRun Vacation Rentals, you'll receive your $500 cash back reward!
Terms & Conditions
Referrers will receive a $500 cash back reward.  Rewards are issued once the referred owner or manager has signed and has been with SkyRun for 90 days or 5 paid reservations, whichever comes later.  Referrers may choose to apply referral rewards toward a travel credit with SkyRun or receive a cash reward. Referrals must be submitted on the form below and dated prior to our being in contact with the referral already.

In 2004, Barry Cox and Steve Falk created SkyRun Vacation Rentals, a single location property management company in Keystone, Colorado. Barry had a tech and business consulting background, whereas Steve's background was in legal and market development. They both shared a vision and values while offering complementary skills to one another. As they would later discover, this was a recipe for success.

Before they knew it, it was 2007, the company was growing and the industry was booming. This was an era Barry likes to refer to as the ‘powder days.’ In the mountains, powder days are the days when you get a foot plus of light fluffy new snow, when the fun and ease of being on the mountain is magnified one-hundred times and everyone calls in sick to work.

Throughout that era, Barry and Steve acquired knowledge from three years of professional property management and networking with their peers at conferences and decided that SkyRun's future belonged to multi-location property managers. So, Barry and Steve decided to license their brand, process and systems and enable local entrepreneurs to serve vacation guests and property owners the way the industry has for decades. Locally. As Robert Frost would say, Barry and Steve's decision “has made all the difference.”

Currently, SkyRun is a rapidly growing multi-location organization with over seven-hundred properties in twenty-five locations. We have created the sweet spot in vacation rental management by combining the advantages of local ownership and management with the efficiencies, power and support of a national brand. We also never forget that guests don’t just want to stay like a local, they want to play like a local and SkyRun ensures that happens.

Activity Reservation and Cancellation Tips
  • Always refer to the participating location activity reservations and cancellation tips.
  • Mornings are usually busy, especially early in the week.
  • Have your SkyCard and major credit card ready.
  • Know your preferred activity day and requested time, but have alternatives available.
  • Read the rules and restrictions to maximize your activity usage.
  • CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED EVENT.
  • Any late cancellation or no-shows (including partial no-shows) will be charged to the credit card on file for all admissions reserved, including the complimentary reservation.
Rules and Restrictions
  • Always refer to the participating location activity rules and restrictions.
  • Punch out and bring along your SkyCard from the mailer you receive prior to your vacation.
  • The SkyCard must be presented with a photo ID to claim the activity.
  • Activities must be redeemed by an adult (18 years or older).
  • Unused admissions expire daily.
  • Activities are available on the day of check-in and for each night paid, but they are not available on complimentary days or on the day of departure.
  • All reservations must be made with a valid credit card.
  • Cancellation policies may apply.
  • Activities are subject to weather, maintenance, and availability and therefore, are not guaranteed.
  • The Activity Provider reserves the right to hold up to 30 days a year for private events.
  • Activities, prices, and availability are subject to change.
