We understand that life is unpredictable right now and we want to help provide some peace of mind. Participating SkyRun destinations have updated their normal cancellation policy to address our guests’ uncertainty about making future travel plans. We want to provide an opportunity for you to book with confidence, have something to look forward to, and do it without the risk of losing your investment.
Guests who book March 29, 2020 through May 31, 2020 for stays arriving before October 31, 2020 are allowed to change or cancel their reservation without penalty up to 14 days prior to their scheduled arrival date at participating destinations. Participating destinations may extend this timeline or offer guests even more flexibility, so please check the details of your specific destination.
- Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and guest is responsible for any rate differences.

- SkyRun gift certificates purchased by May 31: Save $50 on your first reservation when you use a gift certificate of $500 or more; save $100 on your first reservation when you use a gift certificate of $1000 or more.
- Purchase offer ends May 31, 2020, but the gift certificate savings can be redeemed whenever you are ready to book your travel.
- Valid only at participating destinations.
- Gift certificates can be used for multiple stays in multiple destinations.
- No blackout dates.
- Gift certificate does not expire.
- If the vacation purchased on the gift certificate is canceled, the used gift certificate amount will be credited back to the gift certificate.
