Bedrooms:
✔The master bedroom offers a comfortable King-size bed and ensuite bathroom
✔The first guest bedroom offers a full-size bed
✔The second guest bedroom offers 2 full size beds 

Kitchen:
✔The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample space for cooking and entertaining.
✔Enjoy meals together in the dining area, or head outside to the expansive backyard and patio for some outdoor dining and relaxation.

PETS: Please note we DO NOT welcome pets  except for monthly rentals. Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay for 30 day stays). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.

Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings.

Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.
