The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to entertain friends and family after a long day on the slopes. The dining room has seating for 6 and expansive views of the Peak 8 and Peak 9 ski areas. There is seating for an additional 4 people at the kitchen bar. The living room is cozy and has a large flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace, setting the perfect scene for sports or movie nights after a long day of alpine adventure! Off the side of the living, guests can enjoy an outdoor deck with mountain views.
Now, here's the exciting addition: your own private hot tub! Soak away the day's excitement while gazing at the starry sky and dreaming about tomorrow's mountain adventures.
Located on the lower level, there is a king primary suite with a flat screen TV and ensuite full bath. The second bedroom has a full bed. The third bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk bed with twin trundle, best suited for children and teens. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom on the primary level. Guests have access to the private washer/dryer in the home.

PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).
WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
