Share your story Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
The SkyRun 2013-14 Share Your Skyrun Story Promotion is offered and open only to those that are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. This offer is subject to all U.S. laws. The offer is void in RI, AK, HI, Puerto Rico and wherever else prohibited and/or restricted by law. Employees and directors of SkyRun Vacation Rentals, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising & promotion agencies, and the immediate family or members of the households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these official rules and the decisions of SkyRun Vacation Rentals, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. How to Enter
To enter on the internet, go to Share Your Story, and fill out registration form, including full name, address, daytime phone number, email address, dates of most recent stay, home series, property, your story text, and attaching any photos you wish to share. To enter by mail, send entry with your full name, address, and daytime phone number, and the information above including photos to: SkyRun Vacation Rentals, Attn. Tell us your Story, 655 Hwy 72 Golden, CO 80403. All entries and photos submitted become the property of SkyRun, and will not be returned. The receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. SkyRun is under no obligation to use submitted entries in advertising and marketing materials. SkyRun will not be responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries or any printing errors. Limit one per person per household. Mail in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2014. Entries submitted in violation of the SkyRun 2013-14 SkyRun Story Entry Rules will be void, including multiple entries.

3. Promotional Period
Promotional period begins on October 1, 2013 at 5:01 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), and ends on September 30, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. (EST) (“Promotional Period”). Mail in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2014. Winner will be selected on or after September 30, 2014. Reservation must be made for a stay within 12 months of drawing (reservation must be made for dates prior to September 30, 2015).

4. Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, which will include:

• Seven night accommodations in a SkyRun Vacation Property in any SkyRun Location for up to 6 people
Size and location of accommodation will vary based on size of party & availability & is at the discretion of SkyRun.

Reservation may not be redeemed for holiday dates and winner must agree to rental terms & conditions for the property they are assigned to.
Holiday dates may include the week before and after: Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Thanksgiving or other US holidays.
All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein (including, but not limited to: ground transportation, car rental, entertainment, airfare, meals, tips, parking, etc. are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Once confirmed, trip dates can not be changed by winner; however, travel is subject to availability, blackout dates and/or change due to circumstances beyond the control of SkyRun. In the event that SkyRun cannot find and/or contact an eligible winner in 14 days, a second winner will be selected.  In the event that SkyRun cannot find and/or contact the second winner, no prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries. No substitutions will be allowed, and prize is non-transferable. No cash value or substitution will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value of prize: $3,500. Winner must agree to rental terms & conditions of SkyRun Vacation Rentals.

5. Additional Terms & Conditions
A valid credit card in renter’s name will be required at time of check-in for damage deposit.

6. Liability
By claiming a prize, winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the condition that neither SkyRun or their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, and/or advertising and promotional agencies, will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind related to participation in the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner’s agreement that SkyRun may use and/or display the winner’s likeness, biographical information and/or prize information without limitation for promotional purposes without further consideration where not prohibited by law.

7. Taxes
All taxes on prize (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
