    Am I limited in how many days I can spend at my home?

    No! You can decide how many days you’d like to spend in your home, and how many days you’d like to rent out. We can adapt to your wants and needs as a second homeowner. The only limits are those imposed by any state or county regulations that may be relevant to your home.

    What are your fees?
    We’re transparent about our pricing because as vacation home owners ourselves, we were tired of unexpected charges on our owner statements. SkyRun has a base commission fee that is determined by each location, starting as low as 15%. No extra fees for onboarding, starting up, or ongoing service.
    How do you get my property earning more revenue versus other managers?

    Three ways:
    (1) Our in-house technology prevents us from having to invest in pricey third-party tools. By keeping operational costs low, we pass the savings on to you.
