Welcome to Destiny in Emerald Green, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury beach house in Destiny by the Sea—Destin’s most exclusive gated beachfront community. Just steps from the sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this beautifully updated home offers the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and coastal charm.

LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS
- Only 250 ft to private beach access
- Just 150 ft to the resort-style pool and hot tub
- Nestled in a secure, gated beachfront community
- Close to top Destin restaurants, shopping, and golf

THE SPACE
This elegant Destin vacation home was designed for families and groups seeking both relaxation and style. Enjoy open living spaces, luxury finishes, and thoughtful details throughout.

- Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, large island, and premium appliances
- Whole-house water filtration system for fresh, clean water
- Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably

First Floor
Guest bedroom with custom bunk beds for four and a full bath—perfect for kids or families.

Second Floor
Bright, open-concept living and dining area with French doors, Juliet balconies, and a cozy gas fireplace.

Third Floor
Primary suite with fireplace, private balcony, and spa-style bathroom with double vanities and walk-in shower. Guest suite with queen bed, private bath, and Juliet balcony.

Rooftop Sun Deck
Take in Gulf views from your private rooftop lounge, complete with soft lighting and comfortable seating—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

GUEST ACCESS
As our guest, you’ll have full access to all community amenities:
- 1,700 ft of private beach
- Resort-style pool and hot tub
- 24-hour gated security

PARKING
Parking is available for two vehicles. Do not park sideways in the driveway or block sidewalks. No overnight parking on the street; all vehicles must be moved by 10 p.m. Parking on or between grass areas is not allowed. Parking passes are required and will be issued upon arrival at the security gate. Violations are subject to towing at the guest's expense or a $250 fine.

PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted at this property. Any pets not registered with the HOA will be subject to a $150 fine by the HOA and a cleaning fee of at least $500 to deodorize the home.

SMOKING POLICY
This is a non-smoking unit, both indoors and on the porch. Smoking is not allowed on the common property or public gathering spaces. This includes the pool area and beach.

HOA RESTRICTIONS
- No motorcycles, scooters, or any 1-, 2-, or 3-wheeled motorized vehicles (such as electric bikes)
- No rental golf carts are allowed. Only owner-owned golf carts are allowed.
- No personal beach umbrellas, tents, tarps, or canopies. Guests must use Sun, Sand and Sea for all their beach needs. No other beach rentals are allowed and are subject to a $250 fine.
- No beach toys or bikes can be left in front of the home. They must be stored out of sight of the road or in the garage.
- No weddings are allowed inside Destiny by the Sea.
- Quiet Hours start at 10 p.m. If noise complaints are received by the HOA, guests will be fined $250.
- Amenity wristbands must be worn March through October.
- Use the beach walkover. Parking is not allowed at the beach walkover.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Linens and Towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
- Kitchen Essentials: Cookware, utensils, and basic appliances are included. Guests should bring their own spices and food items.
- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, body wash, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Extended stays may require additional supplies.
