Hook, Wine, and Linger is a 2 BD/2 BR 1132 sqft condo located at the beautiful Sandpiper Cove Resort on Holiday Isle in Destin. This beautifully decorated condo is close to several restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Destin, yet a private area that is perfect for families and those seeking quiet getaways. The condo is situated on the ground floor and is just across the street from the beach and offers all the amenities you are looking for in that dream vacation destination!

This large 2-bedroom condo includes accommodation for 7 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, smart TV, large closets, and a private bathroom with double vanity sinks and stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a twin over full bunk bed, Smart TV, and access to the back porch. This room also includes a large bathroom with shower/tub combo, single vanity, and make-up desk. The large common area opens to the kitchen area, making it easy to interact with your group. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and granite countertops to make a home-cooked meal on those evenings you don't feel like venturing out. The dining area has comfortable seating for 4 guests and additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3. A stacked washer and dryer is tucked away just off the kitchen for your convenience. The covered back porch is a perfect area to relax with views of pool (heated during cold months) and putting green.

OTHER AMENITIES and OUTDOOR
Sandpiper Cove has several amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools, 3 Hot Tubs, 6 lighted tennis courts (4 covert to Pickleball Courts), and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. There is also a private Par-3 golf course free of charge for guests to enjoy, a boat ramp and marina, 1 Fine Dining Restaurant (Louisiana Lagniappe), Beach Bar and Grill (Rick's Sand Trap), and 24-hour security. There are other shared common areas where guests can grill, picnic, play yard games, or relax in the breeze. Discounted weekly golf cart rental available.

COMMUNITY and BEACH
Sandpiper resort offers 1100 feet of private beach. Contact the Resort’s beach service for pricing and availability of beach chairs and umbrellas. During the summer months enjoy lunch at Rick’s Sand Trap Bar and Grill located at the beach pavilion with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico!

DINING and SHOPPING
With lots of shopping nearby, you will have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir or gift or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to Harborwalk Village or just a few miles away is the Destin Commons Shopping Center. Both districts offer shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, shopping and spas, and some of the best fishing in the Gulf.

PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Trailers or vehicles with more than 4 wheels may be required to park off-site. It is the guest’s responsibility to verify resort requirements. Please contact the resort directly.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
Although there is no physical check-in for this property, you will be required to show ID at resort security gate to enter the property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.

PLEASE NOTE
You MUST be 25 years old or older to rent this property and this person is required to stay for the entire reservation. ID is required at the security gate for age verification. This is a resort requirement. NO Exceptions and NO refunds!

Hook, Wine, and Linger is dog-friendly for 1 dog up to 30lbs. There is a non-refundable fee of $150. Pets are not permitted on any beaches.

Great location! It's our second time staying on this neighborhood during our vacation in Destin. Super close to the beach, 3 min walk! Very convenient to drive to any destination in town. Having a king size bed was great, but that was the highest bed we've seen haha. Backside balcony was right to the pool area, our child loved it! We will consider booking them again.

We love Destin. We always stay at Sand Piper Cove. This unit was spacious, up to date, and very clean. We had no issues during our stay. Communication with property manager was excellent.

A Wonderful Condo

Great location!Had some minor issues with check in due to a system error with host. Im sure that was a rare occurrence. Location was amazing and having a private snack bar/restaurant by the beach was amazing and convenient. Overall I would give this a 4.5 out of 5 and hopefully will be back!Thanks!

Perfect Beach Getaway for Families

We spent the perfect weekend at the Hook, Wine, & Linger as a family of 5. The condo was spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, and the living area provided ample space for our family to relax and spend quality time together. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to prepare our own meals when we desired a cozy night in.

The best part of this condo is the location and the amenities! Directly across the street from the condo is the beach. You can walk to the beach using the beach access footpath (what we did) or you can even drive across the street to the private parking lot in case you have a lot to carry. Across the street is also a lovely restaurant/bar call Rick's. It is ON the beach and has beach service! We felt like kings. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded. There are little beach chair cabanas for rent exclusively for condo stayers and we were so stoked to take advantage of this, it was a lifesaver for when my 3 year old needed a nap out of the sun!

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the pool located directly outside the condo. It was immaculate and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the warm sun. The kids absolutely loved spending hours splashing around in the pool, and we appreciated the convenience of being able to keep an eye on them from our own private patio.

In conclusion, our family had an absolutely marvelous time at this beachfront condo. The combination of the breathtaking location, the convenient pool access, the availability of cabanas and chairs on the beach, and the on-site bar and restaurant created a vacation that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this condo to families looking for a memorable and relaxing beach getaway. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable vacation in the near future!

Review

We loved we found a dog friendly place right by the beach. Our grandson loved the pool and it was super convenient since it was literally out the back sliding door. And its heated and has a hot tub. Great location

Great experience

Just the right amount of space in this condo if you happen to want to stay inside but why would you. Just outside the back door is one of the heated pools and all 3 hot tubs. Walking distance to the beach and shops and a few food options. I would definitely rent this condo again but later in the season. Mostly cloudy but you can't rent sunshine 🙂

Great condo and great location

The condo was the perfect size. Very clean and super cute inside. It’s right across the street from a beautiful beach and right outside. The back door was a pool in three hot tubs. We brought our dogs and it’s very pet friendly. I would highly recommend, and would love to return to the same

The Perfect Vacation Spot!!!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous!! The condo was super clean and fully stocked with necessities, games & beach stuff. The location was perfect right beside the main heated pool and just across the street from the private beach. The resort has so much to offer as well. We will definitely be back very soon!
