We had a lovely time even with the rain. Unit was clean and well equipped.
It had been over 40 years since we visited Florida and things certainly did change. We got to visit areas we had only dreamed of seeing again. Unit was centrally located and the security team was excellent. We would like to return again.

Overall, the stay was great. The place itself was awesome, very clean, and description was accurate. Check in was very easy and host was responsive. The location was great, very centrally located and the beach across the street was beautiful. Cons: the restaurant inside the place was not worth the price in my opinion, I don't recommend going. There are quite a bit of restrictions in the beach thats across the street: dogs not allowed, canopy tents not allowed, umbrella rentals are very expensive.Overall great place, would definitely recommend.

This was the second year in a row we've come to Sky Run. It's perfect for us; very convenient to the beach, shopping and stores nearby, and because my MIL is disabled, the first floor location without any stairs is exactly what we needed. We'll definitely be back next year!

The condo location is perfect. We love it. The first night we had some roaches hanging out in the kitchen but we wiped every down and didnt see them again throughout the stay. No big deal! We still really enjoyed the location and the beach being so close!

Excellent Place for a Getaway
We have stayed in Sandpiper Cove multiple times over the years. This is one of the nicest units we have stayed in. The location is great for a quick walk to the beach. The condo was updated. The kitchen was fully stocked for anything we needed. The furniture was comfortable. Being on the first floor was very convenient for letting our dog out. No complaints and will definitely stay here again.

We liked how quiet the community was and the location was great. We really enjoyed the restaurant within the community. Thats said, we did find the unit was pretty dated, with the TVs and couch needing an update. There were a few roaches around the unit too.

Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed Ricks on the beach. Very nice, and perfect place for our fur baby to spend some time while we were at the beach! Will come back!

Our stay was great. We had a few minor bumps such as the room not being ready by the time we checked in and encountered small roaches throughout the unit. We did let SkyRun know about that, but nothing was done about it during our stay. On a positive note, its spacious, short walk to the beach and pet friendly!

This condo is professionally treated and re-treated as necessary, but we do share our FL environment with those pesky critters. Again, we are grateful for your call. We allowed you to have your dogs for free as a thank you for your attention to this - typically it is $100/week per dog. As a quick reminder to future readers, this unit is dog-friendly, but please have your animal vaccinated prior to arrival, and just to remind everyone dogs are not permitted on the public beaches in the Destin areas. There was an issue with our room that was well beyond SkyRun's control. Throughout the entire stay, Edgar and everyone else at SkyRun were nothing but accommodating and made sure our stay was excellent. They had very good communication with me. I would definitely stay at one of their properties again.The unit was incredibly clean, spacious, and close to the beach.

This is the perfect place to stay while in Destin! We loved how spacious and clean the condo was and how easy it was to get to the beach. The area was gated, quiet and well maintained. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard and the sidewalks around the area for morning walks. Communication with the host was great too! We will be looking to stay here again in the future.

This condo is PERFECT. The location could not be better, its sparkling clean, and its a great size. My friends and I were easily able to walk to the beach during the day, pick up dinner in the afternoon, and then relax in the evening. I will 100% stay here again when Im back in Destin.

We stayed here during the off season during thanksgiving! You can tell the resort is older, but the owner does a great job keeping it up to date! The outside needs a good pressure washing, but the inside is clean. The location is quite and convenient! Its great with dogs being able to walk them on the grass area! The owner was quick to answer questions, and provided many kitchen and laundry amenities. The only disappointed was there was not a grill on the patio. It is promoted in their photos, but when asked about it they said its against HOA/ fire marshal rules (which I absolutely understand), but the neighbors had a grill. The community grill was a good bit away from the condo! I would love to return during her summer and see the beach bar in action!

Excellent space, very hospitable host, within close walking distance to beach. We brought our dog thinking the back yard was fenced but it wasnt fenced all the way around so he couldnt run around without a leash. Also the road noise was a bit much for us but we like to sit outside a lot and are used to being in the country. So we might be extra sensitive to noise. The condo kitchen is very well equipped and we loved the spacious layout.

I am in Destin several times a year, and this condo quickly became a top 3 of places I would stay again. The only drawback I can think of is there is no ramp going down to the beach, which was destroyed by hurricane Sally, so not of any fault of the property. Even still, the location is great as it's almost in the middle of Destin and close to everything. It was probably the cleanest condo I've every stayed at and it is very obvious it is well cared for. Communication with the property manager was great and any issues that came up were addressed quickly! The property itself was also much quieter than others I've stayed at, the gated and guarded entrance are a big plus to that effect! Would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family and will be returning myself!

We loved this condo! The host was very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. The location was excellent! Short walk to the beach and pools and close drive to many restaurants. The set up of the condo was perfect for two families. Each bedroom was plenty roomy their own bathroom. The condo was very clean and made us feel very safe traveling during these crazy times. The bedrooms are beautiful and comfy! The living area and kitchen had plenty of space. With a patio off the master and off the living area there was lots of sunshine and fresh air. A great spot, close to the pool and beach. I stayed here with kiddos and it was great!

My family had an amazing stay in this beautiful place! Four adults and a toddler fit more than comfortably in this spacious condo. The proximity to the beach and pools was so convenient, and we were never in the car more than 5 minutes to get to local restaurants. We were so sad to leave and would highly recommend this place!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was beautiful and so close to the beach and the pool. It had everything we could need and extra stuff that we didnt except, like a blender. The weather was a bit cooler than expected, but we hung out at the heated pool and hot tub and were able to enjoy the sun. The patio was a great place to relax out of the wind, but still get a little sun. The facility was clean and nice and we had a great time! We will definitely stay here again, but maybe when its a bit warmer.

The 2 bedrooms/bathrooms were situated on opposite sides of the condo which was a perfect situation for 2 couples. We were early risers and opted to be close to the kitchen and coffee maker. The outside table and chairs added a warm ,sunny area to visit or read a book. The Hot tub was a minute away walking. Because we ran into cool weather it was a life saver. The entire complex was immaculate.

Great place. Nice furnishings, clean, quiet, close to the beach. Make sure your checkin information is sent to security, because ours wasn't and we had to wait 20 mins after an 8 hour drive to get in. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay!!! We arrived at the end of September. There was a small basket of things we may need for the first night or so of our trip which really helped since we arrived late in the day. The condo is Super close to stores and a quick 3min walk to the beach. The chairs and umbrella are rented reasonably from the resort for either a half day or full day. We saw dolphins from the beach on our first day, went on a shell hunt and relaxed with the waves in the back. I recommend renting a boat and checking out crab island or the whole bay. Our last day we ended up having a few jellyfish sightings but it was still a pleasent day.During our trip we had a question about the grill, we messaged Edgar who replied promptly. Even before the trip we had concerns with possible hurricane effects and he replied very timely. The whole condo is beautiful spaceous and perfect for multiple families. We LOVED our vacations and can't wait to come again!!

We had a great time while in Destin and this unit made it that much more enjoyable. It's within close walking proximity to the beach that is private to the community. Everything we wanted to do was a short drive or water taxi ride away. Edgar was very helpful every step of the way and you get exactly what's advertised with the unit. When we come back to Destin we will be booking this unit if it's available again. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for one.

Everything was exceptional! Great location, closer to the beach than we were expecting, so that was a plus! The condo has everything you'll need! With the exception of household items, but Winn Dixie is literally right up the street! Beds were comfy, rooms were private! Patio was private, in a private little corner with a grill! Pool is close by and the property was well kept! The Habor Walk was a 6min drive away, along with endless options for food and shopping! We loved everything about the Now or Never Condo! We will definitely be back!

We loved this condo! It was even more amazing then we were expecting! The location was great, and the condo had everything we needed! I cooked all week to save cost and I had everything I needed! The private patio area was nice too, perfect location on the property! The private grill was a very nice surprise! The rooms are on each end of the condo so it gives you a little more privacy, if you're traveling with multiple families! Beds were comfy and the living area was cozy! The walk to the beach was a breeze! Just mins away! You can carry or drive over, depending on the amount of beach stuff you have! We loved that the pool was so close! The beach accessories(chairs, umbrellas, toys) were a nice little find (we left some stuff too) figured it would be a nice surprise for the next guest! The sky run amenity card was a plus too! We did the Seablaster Dolphin cruise and got one adult free! Saved $30 bucks!Call two days before to book, they fill up fast! It was a blast, you won't regret it! Nice for kids too! The tiki hut is a plus, very reasonable pricing! Convenient if you happen to need any quick snacks! The beach is private, I woke up every morning to go watch the sunrise and it was so peaceful on our side! You'll def find a spot easily! Recycle bin is across the street btw we just took ours over whenever we headed to the beach! This is definitely a vacation to remember! We will be back!!

This place was absolutely amazing!! It was so much better than I expected. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom layout was perfect for my family. My husband and I had our own space and my 16 year old daughter and her friends had theirs. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, dishes and cookware for making meals. The grill was a perfect addition. The space was nicely decorated and provided a relaxing atmosphere when not at the beach. The beds were very comfortable and I slept here as well as I do at home. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the condo, which was very convenient. All paperwork was in order when we arrived. The only surprise was the $10 fee that Sandpiper Cove charges for dogs, which was no big deal. There were also free amenities that came with the reservation that was an added perk. I recommend the Sea Blaster; it was awesome!!! It's Now Or Never did not disappoint and Edgar was an phenomenal host!

The luxury of a remodeled condo made us feel extremely comfortable as we walked through the door. We are planning our trip for 2017 and this time we will be staying two weeks. It afforded privacy for two couples with beautiful spacious bedrooms and baths. We walked on the beach as well as the sidewalks outside the complex. You must try the Back Porch for a relaxing restaurant experience. The Dolphin excursion was so much fun, one ticket was provided by the property manager. The amenities package also included six dvd rentals and passes to the track cars. I would recommend this unit based on the courteous property management. We had a smoke detector needing a battery and we called in the morning and it was replaced before 5 that same day. It may seem like a small fix but if you were listening to a "ding" every 5 minutes you would appreciate the quick service also.

Had a great experience at unit 9117. It looked just like the Pictures! Plenty of room for all our guest (6) and could fit 1 or 2 more if necessary. Close and easy access to the beach, just had to cross the road. I would definitely stay here again. I went with 5 other girl friends and we all were really pleased and impressed with our condo.

This was our first trip to Destin and we feel so lucky to have found this unit. It was recently renovated so everything was new, clean and in great shape. Beds were super comfy and linens were clean. Internet and cable tv worked great. It had all the amenities you would want for a family visit, like a fully-stocked kitchen of appliances and plates/mugs, etc.
The complex, Sandpiper Cove, was a joy to be in. Great security at the front entrance that was staffed 24/7 and the guards were helpful with any questions we had. Beach access was easy... we were able to drive all of our gear across the street and park right outside Rick's Sandtrap for easy transport. Beaches were amazing. Crystal clear blue water and not too crowded since it's private access.
A water taxi will pick you up right outside the Louisiana cajun restaurant on the property, though we didn't actually eat there. We used the pool a couple of times as well. I highly recommend this unit. Even though it's not directly on the beach, it's a short 60sec drive or under 5-min walk.

Beautiful property that was close to everything we wanted to do. My only suggestions would be a larger trash can in the kitchen and back up rolls of toilet paper and paper towels as well as more trash bags. For a group of 5 for almost a week, the amount left for us and the amount of cooking we did, used up our supply pretty quickly. I would come back here in a heart beat!

We spent the month of February at "it's now or never". I have to stay it was an absolutely fabulous month. First off, our townhouse was beautiful, recently remodeled, and so comfortable to stay at. The bed was extremely comfortable (no having to get use to it). Our kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining. We even had a welcome kit of incidentals to get us started. Our townhouse was a very short walk to the beach, heated pool and hottubs(also a short way to tennis, golf and onsite restaurant). We had company come visit while staying here, there is plenty of room for that. We loved every minute of our stay. Destin was so much fun, so many shops, restaurants, beautiful beaches, and very friendly people. While most of our time was walking the beach and enjoying the outdoors, there is so much more here.
The only negative thing to our whole vacation was having to leave....a month
was not long enough!!!!
Edgar was a wonderful host, and easy to contact, We would come back here in a heartbeat.
I can not pick out one thing that was best in our month in Destin, everyday was wonderful.

Our host was very welcoming, he was very quick to respond when we contacted him. We received a welcome basket full of incidentals to get us started, we really appreciated this after a very long trip down it was great to not have to rush to the store. We loved our accommodations, very comfortable and newly remodeled through out the complete townhouse. Everything was exactly as stated on Airbnb ( or better).
Destin is a wonderful place to vacation!! Our first time there, but surely won't be our last. Whatever you want it to be, it could be. We were more of the walk on the beach, find shells, then find a nice place for dinner to watch the sunset type,but there is so much more there... Golfing, nightclubs, shopping, entertainment, and the people are some of the nicest and friendliest I have ever encountered.

We received a call from Edgar immediately upon booking our condo with thorough instructions and information about our stay! He was very enthusiastic and kind and made us feel even more excited about our trip! The description of the property is spot on, and it's even better in person. The condo is updated meticulously with upscale finishes and beautiful decor. The location to the beach is a short walk across the street from this particular unit, which was perfectly fine for us! One of my favorite things about this condo was how incredibly clean and well kept it was! You could tell how thoroughly it was cleaned before we got there, and that's priceless to me. The entire condominium community was very well manicured and quiet and peaceful. Situated on the harbor and having a view all of the boats coming in and out is just a bonus! I'll definitely be booking this place over and over again.

Edgar was very accomadating and responsive Via text, email and phone. The condo was very welcoming and just like the pictures. It was very clean. We were even surprised to discover a washer and dryer in unit as well as a grill on the patio. The place had everything, honestly! The bedrooms were both big as well as the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. I have no real feedback for improvement. The condo community had a boat ramp, pools, hot tub and private access to the beach, and a sandy beach bar serving everything from snow cones, nachos, burgers to fish tacos. There is also a guard gate were a security guard was always present. It's a very safe and quiet community. I thoroughly enjoyed and can't wait to return. I may have found my home away from home. I highly recommend this place.

Over all everything was wonderful! Day one we were greeted by Edgar who is simply amazing very knowledgable and friendly. Location was perfect, quite, safe and relaxing. We were able to enjoy the sea blaster dolphin sunset cruise, that was very nice. Plenty too see and do in the area, no shortage of fun! I would definitely stay again.

We were given all the info needed for arrival and check-in so that it was very easy to find and get started on our vacation. Barry was easy to contact and communicate with. The pictures were spot on and the location wonderful! The beach was so close and not too crowded, the pool was nice, and the condo was conveniently located to so many restaurants, shops/pharmacys, and Target/Starbucks. Staying at this property also gave us free credits at The Track, which is a go-cart/arcade/putt-putt center with lots of rides for little kids. This was definitely a bonus and I would recommend checking it out!
