Accommodations:
This villa features a bright, open-concept living space with stylish new furnishings, a large sectional sofa, two accent chairs, and a smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a sun-soaked day. A built-in bar with a wine cooler adds a touch of luxury, and the spacious dining area seats eight. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for two.

The master suite offers a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and an en suite bath with a custom-tiled walk-in shower. Across the villa, the guest bedroom includes a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds with its own smart TV. A second full bathroom features a tub/shower combo. A full-size washer and dryer are also included.

Occupancy:
While the unit is equipped to sleep up to eight (8) guests comfortably, the maximum number of occupants allowed in a two-bedroom unit is six (6), in accordance with community guidelines. Please note that children aged three (3) and under do not count toward the occupancy limit. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Community, Dining, and Beach:
Hidden Dunes Beach and Racquet Resort offers a peaceful, gated community with 24-hour security and beautifully landscaped grounds. You're just a 5–8 minute stroll from the private deeded beach, complete with a walkover and seasonal beach service. A seasonal complimentary tram service is available within the resort for added ease.

You'll also be near top shopping and dining options. Just minutes away, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets feature over 100 brand-name stores. Local restaurant favorites include Bistrology, a well-loved breakfast and brunch café with creative morning dishes and fresh coffee, and Bosforo, offering elevated Mediterranean cuisine in an intimate, sophisticated setting.

Amenities:
The resort is packed with amenities, including two pools, hot tubs, a playground, basketball court, cornhole, and horseshoe pits. Multiple barbecue grills are available throughout the resort for guest use. Tennis and pickleball players will appreciate the award-winning Racquet Center, which features professional-grade clay courts (fee applies).

Parking:
Free parking is available for two vehicles on a first come, first served basis for passenger vehicles only. No RVs or trailers permitted.

What We Provide:
1. Linens & Towels: Bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided.
2. Kitchen Essentials: Cookware, utensils, and basic appliances are included. Guests should bring their own spices and food items.
3. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, body wash, laundry/dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Extended stays may require additional supplies.

Hassle-Free Check-In and Commitment to Safety:
Check-in details will be sent via email and text seven days prior to arrival, including directions, door codes, and access info. A confirmation text will be sent on your arrival day. This property uses keyless entry for a fully contactless experience.

Important Notes:
1. Age Requirements: Primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be present throughout the stay.
2. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted by guests of Hidden Dunes. This policy is strictly enforced by the HOA.
3. Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking unit, both indoors and on the porch. Smoking is not allowed on the common property or public gathering spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, pools and pool decks, grill areas, beach or restrooms.

The apartment was very well equipped. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable. The location was excellent and a 7-minute walk to the beach. The plants and trees outside were so beautiful. My family and I had a great time. Thank you!!!

The Condo/Apt. was just as advertised. All appliances worked properly. The beds were comfy and clean and the bathrooms were very clean. The on-suite shower is definitely a prize. The property was very well maintained. Tennis/Pickleball court was right out the back door so you can watch others play or play yourseld if you schedule a time which does cost additional with Hidden Dunes but is worth it. The beach is a 5 minute walk or you can call the tram(golf cart) service to pick you up and drop you off at your door. Its a private entrance which if youve stayed anywhere along 30A up to Destin is a plus as the beach was never over crowded. Pool area was fine. I didnt swim much but the children loved it. All amenities were made available and the host was very attentive throughout our stay the week leading up to 7/4/2026. If I had to find a fault... The curtains/valances facing the Tennis courts were sensitive and pulling them down for privacy feels as if they will come off the setting with ease but they held up. Security guards at the gate were very very nice. One drove me around to find an Amazon package I had delivered. The host communicated daily and I personally appreciated that. Excellent accomodations for sure.

This was a great location and short walk to the beach. We loved having access to washer and dryer. The pickle ball courts were right outside the nice screened in patio. The beds seemed firm but were very comfy for all of us. The secondary bedroom didn’t have a way to have the lights on and fan off or vice versa. The upstairs guests were very loud walkers but theirs nothing you could do about that! Overall, we would stay here again.

Everything was great from the place to the location. All amenities needed were in close range and the condo itself was really well taken care of. The only complaint we have is the neighbors which were very noisy and how sound travels through the walls. Overall a great experience!

The condo was beautifully decorated and relaxing. Easy access to the beach and pools. Very comfortable beds and couch. Smart TVs in every room and parking is literal steps from the door for packing, unpacking, and grocery runs. We played tennis and pickleball and our son loved the basketball court. You can definitely tell it is professionally managed.

This condo is clean and beautifully appointed. Completely redecorated in the last year. We are snowbirds and stayed for 1 1/2. Months. The condo is right at the tennis and pickle ball courts. The property is gated with guards and beautifully maintained. Two swimming pools, one heated, and about 5 minute walk, on property to the beach. During the summer they have shuttle service. We have been coming to Hidden Dunes for 17 years and this is one of the nicest units we have stayed in. SkyRun staff were pleasant and attentive to all our questions and concerns which made our stay relaxing and worry free. Especially want to thank Keith for his great customer service.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Spacious place, beautifully appointed rooms. Resort is in an excellent location; close to coffee, grocery and other shopping. Felt safe staying in a gated community. Kids were complaining about the walk to the beach, but it wasn\'t so bad (6-7 minutes). Keep in mind there\'s absolutely no condiments of any kind at the property and no beach gear. Overall, highly recommend this resort and this unit specifically

Such a great find! The condo is extremely clean and comfy. The space is beautifully decorated and is a walkable distance to the beach. The location is quiet, family friendly, and has a golf cart service to and from the beach. Can't wait to stay again!
