Welcome to Shore to Please!

Escape to the sunny shores of Miramar Beach, Florida with this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. This single-story retreat offers plenty of space for family and friends to relax and unwind. The large fenced-in backyard is perfect for entertaining, grilling, or letting your furry friends roam in a pet-friendly environment. Just a short distance from the beach, you can easily spend your days lounging in the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf Coast.

LOCATION
This wonderful home in the Seaspray community of Miramar Beach is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, has a private backyard, and is pet-friendly! With close proximity to the Silver Shells Outlet Mall and a variety of restaurants, you'll have plenty of dining and shopping options at your fingertips.

ACCOMMODATIONS
You are welcomed to an open floor plan with a large living space as you enter the home. The kitchen has everything you need to make that fantastic seafood feast. The dining area has seating for six, with additional seating at the bar for three. The laundry room is just a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen. This home also comes equipped with a garage for your use.

The master bedroom is just off the eating area and has a large king-size bed, 42-inch Smart TV, a walk-in closet, a private bath with double vanity sinks, and a large oversized standup shower.

As you go back through the main living space down the hall, there are three additional bedrooms. The bedroom to the right has a queen size bed, 32-inch Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom just to the left has a twin-over-a-queen bunk bed, 32-inch Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The final bedroom, located to the left of the hallway, has a queen size bed, a 32-inch Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. Directly at the end of the hall is the second bathroom with a single vanity sink and shower/tub combo with a linen closet.

This home has a private fenced-in backyard, comfortable seating, and a gas grill. Please note there is exterior surveillance on the front of the house.

POOL and BEACH ACCESS
A community pool is just a few minutes’ walk to the back of the neighborhood. Private beach access is just a few minutes down Miramar Beach Road, just to Surf Hut's left. Additional beach access to the west down Scenic Gulf Drive at the new Scenic Gulf Drive Regional Beach access. Parking is available for automobiles and golf carts. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through a local vendor for an extra fee.

PARKING
Driveway parking is permitted only for 2 cars, SUVs, and pickup trucks. Golf carts that are state-licensed may be parked in the driveway since they are considered licensed motor vehicles. Motorhomes are not to be parked at all in Seaspray subdivision. Parking cars, boats, trailers (of any kind), golf carts, RVs, and ATVs, on the grass is not permitted at any time. No overnight street parking is allowed.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
1. Sheets & Bath Towels Included. Bring your own beach towels.
2. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking/eating utensils. Bring your own spices and food.
3. Starter set of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Garbage Bags, Laundry/Dishwasher Detergent, Kitchen/Bath Soaps, Shampoo and Body Wash. Depending on your length of stay, you may need more.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.

FOR YOUR SAFETY
We practice rigorous standards in compliance with CDC cleaning guidelines, providing a safe home to keep our guests healthy and homes clean. Please contact us if you have questions.

PLEASE NOTE
1. The primary renter must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay.
2. No smoking allowed
3. Dog friendly; one (1) dog max 20 lbs. - an additional and non-refundable fee $150. No pets on the beach.

We loved that it was all one level, the beds were comfortable, and plenty of seating in the living room. The location is great. We rented a golf cart which was nice with kids, and hauling beach chairs etc, but you can walk to the beach in about 5-7 minutes. We had a great time.

This home was worth the money that we paid. The location was close to everything that we needed. The home was spacious and super clean, the beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities that we needed for a home. Check in was super easy and the fenced backyard and quick beach access was a plus. When I come back I will definitely book this home again.

5 STAR STAY!!!! if you own a jeep you'll love staying here because you can easily make it beach ready and dry!!! Home was super clean upon arrival; we did our best to leave in likewise condition. We had plenty of space for 9 total - 4 adults 3 minors - "2 couples, 3 toddlers, and 2 teens". Beach access code did change during stay. I called property management, and they notified me asap with code. No issues, well maintained property. I will book this again and again as long as its listed annually.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. 4 very nice clean rooms all with TVs!
Very roomy house with a big living room and kitchen.
It was just a short 5 minute walk to the beach that had private access. It was also walking distance from beach shops and a coffee shop. The area and the beach was beautiful. Very easy to check-in, and a very safe neighborhood along with a beautiful home. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again when we come back.

A nice quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beach. A very comfortable house that feels like a home. The kitchen is well appointed for those that like to cook. I will try to book the same home the next time I am visiting.

The location and the house were beautiful and I really have nothing to complaint about. The only thing I could've changed is how hard it was to get an early check-in. I requested an early check-in given we arrived to the location a little more than an hour earlier but was unable to get access to the house though it was already cleaned and no previous tenants were present. Once I got into the house everything was perfect and the house was as beautiful as advertised.

Very spacious and clean. 3 mins from beach access. Very friendly neighborhood. Starter supplies were a plus. Swift response time. Location was perfect right around the corner from souvenir shops, restaurants, bars outlet mall etc perfect for kids and adults very family friendly!!!

Great Location

This was an amazing and adorable place to stay. Very roomy. Everything was new. AND if we had known we didnt have to bring anything to the beach, we would have had more car space, Lol. Chairs, umbrella, toys, ALL available for use in the garage. The owner thought of everything- even little things like soap dispensers in the bathroom with soap. Thank You for having a nice place! 5 stars for us. We were all impressed. P. S. Everyday the neighbor was giving away free Coleus plants so we planted 8-9 under the 5 palms. Took a few home as well.
