Location: Our vacation rental is ideally situated on the shores of Palma Sola Bay, just a short distance from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll have direct access to the bay, where you can enjoy kayaking, fishing, or simply admiring the breathtaking sunsets. Don't forget to visit Portosueno Park, just a 5 minute walk to view the Manatees that frequent the waters! 

Accommodation: The property features a spacious and beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. With over 2500sq ft, there's ample space for 12 guests to spread out and feel at home. The interior boasts a blend of modern comfort and coastal charm, providing a welcoming atmosphere throughout.

Living Areas: The living room is a cozy retreat, complete with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that frame the picturesque bay views. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Had a great stay for our sons high school graduation. Had a small issue with the coffee maker, but the host provided a new one later in the morning. Super friendly and very responsive. The house is roomy and very comfortable. The back yard was awesome with a pool, plenty of lounging areas, and large tables to do little work in the morning. While we didnt entertain young children, the pool, yard games, and well air-conditioned movie theater would certainly be hits. Really great place.

We rented this place for a once in a lifetime family vacation and it met and exceeded our expectations! We all had a wonderful memorable time together there with plenty of room for private time. We will all remember this vacation as the best ever! It is such a rarity to all be able to be together and relax and enjoy one another in such a relaxing and fun place! Only one of our family could not make the trip and we all missed his presence with us but we shared with him all the good things about the place and the time we had together! All was taken care of, lots of activities provided on premises. Never would have had to leave the place for entertainment. Loved the quiet neighborhood. And the walk to the park to see the manatees and dolphins. Thank you for providing us with the perfect place for our family vacation together!

Great stay!

Our stay was amazing! The house is in a great area, close to stores and only 15 min to IMG, 20 min the most to Anna Maria beach and easy to take a walk to the bay. The house was well equipped, clean and just BEAUTIFUL. The girls had their own area on second level. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience! We will be back 🙂

House is great! Has everything you may need. The house is very spacious comfortable beds and plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. We had a fantastic stay. Would love to be able to come back to this house and the area. We had never been to this area of Florida before and we will definitely be back. Home is well worth the money. Host is very responsive. I had several questions as we were in town for our daughters wedding and we were trying to make everything great for them. Host was always very responsive!! If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it! Gives a beautiful beach house vibe!!

Great space close to causeway and bay to Anna Maria Island, preserve trails, and lots within 10 minutes. New renovations and terrific space for large groups and nice pool area, grills and fully equipped for the beach chairs, coolers, toys. Also cool theater room and Golden Tee! Lots of nice touches and responsive communications.

Highly recommend this home-one of our favorite Airbnbs. As beautiful as the photos are, in person this home is even better! The outside pool and yard feel like your own private resort. With a home theatre, various sitting areas filled with games/activities & beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds, this home is like a vacation itself. The kitchen with its well stocked cabinets and high end appliances is a cooks dream - we easily had our Thanksgiving dinner in this home. Outside the home, a quick walk through a beautiful neighborhood with sidewalks to a local park will find manatees and the bay is within view. This location is a perfect one to Anna Maria Island with its beautiful beaches, city pier, restaurants & historic Bridge Street. A little further drive will take you to downtown Sarasota or the UTC Mall area. Tons of restaurants and various grocery stores are within a few minutes.This management company is excellent and highly responsive! We cannot wait to return.

The pictures hooked us, but the arrival made us want to book another trip! The decor is everything one would ask for or to help set the beach house mood. Then you sprinkle in the bedding arrangements, the wonderful pool deck and grills (which we took full advantage of), the theater (that filled our late nights with popcorn and candy), and the roof deck to stargaze = perfection. Fully stocked with amenities to accommodate our cooking, cleaning, and washing! We were frightful that the weather wouldnt allow us to stay, but luckily it worked out. Matt was on point with communication and follow up. The house was right where we needed it and we saved it for the next time we come to get away. And I have to give props for the very thoughtful choices made. Xbox, smart tvs, board games, cards (rummy or spades, anyone?), and so much more were expertly placed. Never did we find ourselves going if only they had. Let me make this easy: Fun, spacious, family location. Perfect.
