One thing to know, the AC is very strong in the living area but not in the bedroom. I believe the bedroom was maybe 5 degrees warmer. Kirk Stayed Oct, 2023 Review We only live 20 minutes away and decide to rent at the beach for a long weekend. This was our first experience using Airbnb but it exceed our expectations. The property was easy to find and we were able to park right outside our unit. The unit was very clean and it had everything, towels, linens, toiletries, pot and pans, coffee maker, etc. It was a 3 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to restaurants. The host was prompt in answering any questions. We had a wonderful weekend and look forward to our next visit. Hannah Stayed Oct, 2023 Review Excellent access to the beach, just a around the corner about 1 mile or less from restaurants. Many lamps missing light bulbs, some of the dishes were dirty, kitchen has dishes/utensils but nothing more (i.e. salt/pepper/ oil). If your looking for somewhere close to the beach without any frills this does the job. Host's response: Thanks for letting us know now. Please, in the future let us know of some of these little things that were wrong so we can fix them. We'd much rather fix the issues you notice and work on getting a 5-star review. We will do our best to check dishes that were put away by the last guests but some times those things are tough to catch, but we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. R&J Realty Stayed Aug, 2023 Review The location is perfect. We only had a problem and was the wifi we could not use the 1st day because it was nowhere to be found and there is no phone signal so I had to go outside for a few hours to try and communicate with host for it. A couple hours later they send correct wifi info. We ended up extending one night because everything else was great. The cleaning crew was not advised that we extended one night and they woke up us to clean but we explained them we extend one night and they left. My only recommendation is to upload the wifi info to airbnb and I think after our problem they did so thats great. The place was clean and in a great location. Although we had sent you the digital guestbook with all of the condo info, when you checked in after 10pm and couldnt find it, we had sent it to you within 2 hoursas far as your phone signal - sorry you werent getting service but your cell service doesnt have anything to do with the condo. Also, we apologize about the cleaners getting there at 1030am and waking you up, this happened because when I spoke with them the night before your check out, you hadnt accepted the extension yet and that happened later on the night before check out, and they didnt see it before heading out on their schedule - but hopefully you still enjoyed everything else and we appreciate your feedback. Melissa Stayed Aug, 2023 July 2023 stay The property was in a great location. We had an issue early in our stay but it was addressed quickly. We were provided with everything we needed at the property. The pictures were an accurate representation to what we encountered on our stay. My only real issue was the bed was not very comfortable and the bedroom had blinds but it was so bright in there both day and night. A black out shade would definitely help. AC worked great. While we understand that the bed was not ideal for you, we hope you understand that a lot of different people stay and everyone has their own preferences in softness/firmness of a bed. In addition, we apologize that the curtains weren't ideal for you, but we do try to keep it light, bright and airy in there our properties but understand all people may not prefer that. We are happy to hear though that you were provided everything you needed, the property was accurately represented, and taken care of right away when something arose. Court Stayed Jul, 2023 Review My fianc and I stayed this past week and it was great, clean, warm and welcoming. My family has been staying in this area for the past 30 years for family vacations and we absolutely love it. Its not too busy but not boring, restaurants are close by and the beach is walking distance across the street. Once we arrived to the air bnb we needed to checkin to our room but didnt have our code( not a big deal at all) I texted our host and within 30 seconds we had our code to check in!. Again not a big deal it didnt cause any issues. The communication and response was quick and easy. Our place was super clean the kitchen had everything you needed, the bedroom was clean and they provided extra sheets and blankets. From the nice locals, the small walk to the beach, and the private feeling of our place it was the best option for us!
