Location is perfect for the northern end of the island, with multiple beach accesses, shopping and dining. Very walkable area. Washer and Dryer was a great plus too.Window shade in kitchen was stained and needs replacing, grill was not in the best shape and no utensils for it. Once it was cleaned and we were able to finally get in we had trouble getting in with the original lock code given after multiple attempts, host was quick to respond with a new code that worked. Stained window shade in kitchen was gross contacted host who offered to change during stay but I just said to change after. We just wished the place was in better condition seemed dingier/more run down than the pictures. Hot tub took a while to heat up but maybe thats normal for Florida hot tubs because they dont have a cover like ours in the north do. Otherwise location was great street was quiet. Pool seemed nice but we really didnt use it much. Its a nice place but could use some TLC was expecting a little nicer from pictures and would stay elsewhere next time.
