Interior was comfortable and nicely decorated. We had a few issues with the towels and the dishes having a powdery residue from the dishwasher powder, also many of the dishes were dirty requiring washing. Outdoor pool area wasn't as nice as we had hoped. First day, the pool was very cold despite listing saying it was heated and i had asked for confirmation. When i inquired, they didnt seem to know if it was heated or not year round and said theyd have someone look into it but never got back to me. We didnt want it to ruin our trip so we just let it be but i wouldnt have paid a higher price if i knew this. Pool area wasnt very clean around the perimeter and i had to clean the pool despite there being a lanai. Overall it was still enjoyable but there were some things that caught us off guard compared to other places we have stayed. Jim S Stayed Jun, 2024 Ideal Location and Great property! We loved the house and were able to enjoy it with family from the area. This is a great location nearby to Bradenton beaches, Anna Maria Island, and the Riverwalk. The house is almost directly between the two bridges to AMI, allowing options should one of them be more congested. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, we enjoyed our morning walks. The pool and outdoor patio were used a lot! Host was very responsive to any needs and very accommodating. We will use SkyRun again in the future! The furniture seemed all brand new and was well stocked with everything one needs. The patio and the pool were just amazing. The house sits in a very quite neighborhood.Only the check in was a problem as the provided code did not work so we had to spent the first night in a hotel as we did not reach anyone at our late arrival around 11.30 pm. However, the management was very responsive the next day and refunded the hotel stay without being asked. They further gave us a little gift basket as an apology. They were very responsive and handled the issue perfectly. We would definitely come back.Thank you for a great stay. Loved the layout!Super clean and new!Hot water was an issue in the master shower. I didnt realize we had to let them know we wanted the pool heated for an extra fee. Pool was too cold to use until our last day since it needed time to heat up. I misunderstood location. I really thought we could walk or ride bikes to the beach. Too far to walk.Traffic is crazy getting to the beach.
