It's better than Sunshine, It's better than Moonshine and it's damn sure better than Rain! Enjoy this newly updated 3 bedroom home in Bradenton located perfectly between the two main roads going onto the island, and a short drive to downtown Bradenton. The home has a great layout. As you walk inside from the front door, to your left is the wing with the bedrooms and bathrooms so those that go to bed early, won't be disturbed by the entertaining on the other side of the house in the Great Room. When you walk into this home you will be welcomed by the full kitchen and dining room to serve your whole family breakfast, lunch and dinner if you are so inclined. The kitchen will have everything you need to feel at home to make your favorite meals. Going down the hall to the bedrooms, you will have all three bedrooms. The master suite is equipped with a King bed and an ensuite bath. Across from the Master Suite, the second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and the third bedroom with two twin beds making it a perfect little space for the kids! Also in this wing you will have a full bath. As you go back and through the kitchen and dining room you will see the large Great Room which is PERFECT for all your entertaining. It even has a pool table! Play a game of 8 or 9-ball while catching a game on the large tv or a nice night with a movie with that special someone or family on the couch! If you get too sleepy and don't want to walk all the way back down the hallway, don't worry, there is a pull-out sleeper sofa! We saved money by making supermarket trips which is very close to this house and grilling in our spacious yard! We love the close proximity to all the beautiful beaches just minutes into AMI! This is a remodeled older home so the bath rooms are smallish but plenty of hot water. plenty of closest space. 5 miles to Gulf beaches. short walk/drive to end of street to view sunset over intercostal. Need to be aware that the house is on the corner of a busy street so street noise is very noticeable when outside and very minor when inside. The beach was only 4 miles away so we didn’t have to go far and the cost for staying was very reasonable. The pool has a heater so if we wanted to swim at night, it was perfect.
