Property Details: Welcome to Sunshine Retreat, a stunning 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home located in the serene NW Bradenton area. As you enter the home, you're greeted by an open floor plan and high ceilings, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The game room, equipped with a pool table and wall games, offers endless entertainment.
The dining room, with its lovely backyard pool views, provides the perfect setting for family meals. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring updated appliances, has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and additional seating at the kitchen table allows you to enjoy meals with a view.

The living room is a cozy haven with a smart TV, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. The couch also doubles as a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

This pet-friendly property includes a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room for your convenience. The garage is stocked with beach amenities like chairs and a cooler, as well as baby essentials such as a pack-and-play and high chair.

The master bedroom is a private retreat with a king bed, patio access, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms are thoughtfully placed on the opposite side of the house: a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. Bathroom 2 is conveniently located between these bedrooms. Step outside into the perfect backyard, featuring ample outdoor seating, a dining area, a lounging space, and a refreshing pool. The fully fenced yard is spacious and perfect for pets.

Location and Things to Do: Sunshine Retreat is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood in NW Bradenton, offering safety, tranquility, and a generous lot size. Minuets away is Anna Maria Island is renowned for its crystal-clear waters and sugary sand beaches, offering a variety of water sports, local restaurants, and charming boutiques. A short drive will take you to downtown Bradenton, where you can stroll along the marina, dine at delicious restaurants, and explore local shops. Additionally, Sarasota and Siesta Key are within easy reach.

No more than 2 dogs are allowed. Pet fees do apply to cover extra cleaning costs. If any "dog waste" is left on the property, that will be an additional charge as well. Please do not let dogs on furniture. Thank you for taking care of our property with your furry family members!

Review

Overall my family and I loved our stay. We loved the pool and the game room with the pool table. We had a blast. House was clean, stocked well with bath towels and beach towels. One thing we suggest they improve is to fix the blind in the master bathroom where the tub is, it was open when we got there and it didnt work to bring it down. My husband somehow got it to come down. Also please add a blind to the master bedroom window that faces the game room. You can see from the game room into the master bedroom and bathroom as well as anyone walking outside could see inside the bedroom which doesnt give much privacy. One problem we did run into was the outdoor garbage bin was full of trash and there were maggots inside and outside the bin which was pretty gross. We contacted the owners and they were very responsive and told us the trash pickup schedule which was the following day. Apart from those minor issues, our family definitely enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this location.
