The split-level layout is connected by a charming spiral staircase, offering a cozy and unique design. The open-format kitchen features ample counter space and bar-top seating, fully equipped with everything needed for family meals or holiday feasts. The dining area opens to the living room, which includes two comfortable couches, additional seating, a TV, and a fireplace—perfect for gathering with family or friends.
Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious master bedrooms, each with a king bed and large bathrooms featuring bath/shower combos and generous vanity space. The entrance area includes a large mudroom for gearing up, along with a dedicated laundry room for mid-stay convenience. The lower level includes a third bedroom with a king bed, a living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and a small open office space ideal for remote work. There’s also a storage pantry and a half bath for added convenience.
Outside, wrap-around decks provide stunning views of Mt. Daly, Snowmass Village, and the golf course. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco while taking in the scenery. Please note that the home is near the end of the complex and requires navigating several stairs, which are well worth it for the incredible views.

Located minutes from Snowmass Center, Snowmass Mall, and Base Village—and a short drive to downtown Aspen—this SkyRun-managed retreat provides the perfect home base to enjoy all the seasonal offerings of the Roaring Fork Valley, from skiing and snowboarding in winter to hiking, mountain biking, and festivals in summer, spring, and fall.
This property is on the second floor of a complex. It requires stairs to enter. There is no elevator.

***Please note, there is no AC in the unit. To keep the temperature comfortable, we recommend opening the windows in the evening to enjoy the cool mountain air and closing them during the day to maintain a balanced temperature. Additional fans are available upon request

No refunds will be issued if shared facilities are unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or HOA requirements.

Skyrun Amenities: All SkyRun Aspen properties have WIFI and are stocked with a starter supply of the following items. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores; Clark’s and City Market.
Bathroom: vanity kit, extra toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, and plenty of toilet paper.

Kitchen: paper towels, coffee, tea, coffee maker with filters, hand soap, spices, trash bags, multi-surface cleanser, dish soap, dish pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and sponges.
Extra: a welcome packet with details on your unit, available amenities, local attractions, transportation, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor guides. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood.

Managed by SkyRun Aspen, our team is available throughout your stay to provide local tips, answer questions, or help arrange private services such as chefs and drivers. Aspen Snowmass has plenty of events, activities, and great dining and shopping all year round. Our team is happy to help you plan your stay—just reach out if you have any questions or need tips for making the most of your visit. To put it simply, this home was warm and inviting at every turn. Its not a modern place, but its exactly what the photos show. Youre in the mountains.and no better way to complete that feel than staying at this beautiful home. The fireplace, to all the necessary kitchen accessories to large bed rooms with GREAT comfortable beds. What they share in the description and photos is EXACTLY what you get. We just left and we had a wonderful time with room to spread out. I do not know the owners, but hats off to them. I mean.they had a washer and Dryer with detergent and bounce. All the little things that make the difference.I would be happy to offer an in-person referral.Michael

This place was really nice! We really enjoyed the views. It was very cozy. One warning (which didnt bother us at all) but its not handicap friendly due to the stairs you have to take from the parking lot lot to the unit.
