It was a comfortable size for the 4 of us and it was very close to the village and had an on-demand shuttle with friendly staff to help get us around. Gabby Stayed Jul, 2024 Review The team was incredibly communicative and responsive. I had a hard time finding the unit late at night as the address on the unit didnt match what I was finding in maps. The bathrooms afternoon, I mean our brand new and beautiful, but the rest of the unit needs updating. The kitchen could use a facelift as well as the carpets and the ceiling is old popcorn ceilings. Its hard to tell the condition of the unit in pictures. The furniture in the living room is a little uncomfortable and they could use a larger more comfortable couch to lounge on. Some of the lamps did not work. Overall, the location is amazing. The bathrooms are beautiful, but the unit could use a little bit of a refresh overall. I recently spent 5 nights in this stylish condo in August. The design is modern with a fantastic layout and the views are breathtaking. The updated bathrooms are not only contemporary but also very practical. The kitchen comes fully equipped, making the dining space ideal for enjoying home-cooked dishes. Amenities include a new BBQ, as well as a washer and dryer. The condo was spotlessly clean, and the property manager was extremely attentive. Snowmass is within walking distance, and there's a convenient grocery store just 2 minutes away. They are also adding a new swimming pool and hot tub, expected to be ready by November, as mentioned by the owner. My daughter, friends, and I frequently visited Aspen for the world famous classical music festival. Our days were filled with hiking, biking, and sheer enjoyment. The lift service mountain biking at snowmass doesn’t get better, and is the only lift service biking in the Aspen area. If you're in search of a comfortable, functional, and affordable stay, look no further than this condo. We decided to rent a car and stay in Snowmass Village at this airbnb to save money and also to see the sights, rather than just stay at an expensive hotel in town. Cycling from Snowmass to the town of Aspen was so much fun! I recommend renting an e-bike from Four Mountain Sports in Snowmass Village, for the harder hills!The place was spacious, easy to use kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry facilities. You can move around Snowmass Village and Snowmass Mall with Village Shuttle right down the stairs! And to go to Aspen or Highlands bus stop for RFTA just across the street!The apartment has been updated and feels clean and fresh. Bathrooms are very new and stylish and there is a brand new washer/dryer just in case. Kitchen had more than basic supplies, ( there was cling wrap for example) and nice cleaning supplies. And for everything else, supermarket is around the corner. Beds were cozy and clean. Would definitely stay there again! Lynn M. The view from the porch off the main living space of the changing Fall colors was magnificent. The condo had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. I could see having the new in-unit laundry during ski season being a great bonus too! A short walk to the grocery/liquor store was key and a few minutes longer took you to the restaurants and shops at Snowmass Base Village. Skippy is a great property manager. Honestly, even if the condo wasn't so nice, I would rent one of Skippy's properties again. Julien Stayed Aug, 2022 Great Place I have spent 5 nights in the condo this winter. The experience was fabulous. Here is why this property is fantastic for up to 4 (+2 kids) people.The property is decorated with lots of taste. It is a rustic/colorful/modern combination. The vicinity to the ski lifts is fabulous. It is ski-in, ski-out. Also, a great grocery store is in walking distance (5 minutes away). Outside parking and a ski storage is available. The condo is super cozy and has brand new bathrooms that are functional and slick. There is a new washer and dryer, and all the kitchen equipment is available too. The bus to Aspen and to Snowmass stops right in front of the condo if you prefer not to drive. Wi-Fi is included and the service responsiveness is quick (Skippy). Overall, this is a well-priced very comfortable and easy place to spend a week in Aspen Snowmass……the skiing is unbelievable! I will be back again. Sarah E. Stayed Aug, 2022 Best condo in SnowMass! I had the pleasure of staying in this condo numerous of times. The décor gives the condo a boutique feeling, yet you feel right at home when you snuggle up with your loved ones after a long day on the slopes! The bathrooms are brand new, clean, and functional. Hands down the location is the best part due to having access to ski-in and ski-out. Thankfully, SnowMass resort can be accessed via the Assay hill lift as you ski out or in. There is an amazing grocery within 5 minutes walking I distance that carries just about every product your heart desires. There is also a wine store stones throw from the grocery store if you need to pick up a bottle or two or three! The property manager, Skippy, was very responsive. He went above and beyond for all our request. I will continue to come back to SnowMass and stay again in this chic condo. I just love it so, so much!!! Dina Stayed Oct, 2021 Review The location of this condo is 5-star. If you are interested in biking or skiing or sightseeing anywhere in the Aspen/Snowmass area, this is a prime location. The owner was very communicative and addressed our needs quickly. Also 5 stars. The condo itself is 2-3 stars. There are lots of things broken or nearly so in it: pots and pans, one of the burners on the stove didnt work, one of the legs of the ottoman was broken, the light switch was cracked and kept falling off, the towel bar was practically falling off the wall, and other things. There was no coffee provided, as stated, and there were no paper towels or napkins in the place so we had to go buy those things. There were only two drape panels for a 4-panel door, so we couldnt fully close the drapes in the evening. If this condo were anywhere else, Id be giving it a 2-3 star rating, but because of the location and the responsive owner, Im giving it 4. However, for the exorbitant price we paid ($1200+ for 4 nights), Id expect way more. It would be nice if the owner would fix whats broken and do some very simple repairs that would make this place much better.
