As you enter the 1.2 acre estate, you step into your own private recreation park in the woods. Challenge your group on the full basketball court or play volleyball under the pines. Practice your short game on the putting green, or simply relax in the hot tub spa surrounded by towering trees. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit under string lights and settle into the quiet rhythm of the mountains.

| The Space |
Inside, the home is built for connection and comfort. Open living spaces make it easy for groups to gather, whether you are sharing meals, playing games, or winding down after a full day outdoors. Large windows bring in natural light and forest views, keeping the outdoors present even when you are inside.

The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped for group stays, making it easy to cook, share, and enjoy time together. Multiple entertainment spaces, including a dedicated game area, give everyone room to relax their own way.

| Things to Note |
Please note the following:

- Streets leading up to the lodge for half a block on either side is not a publicly maintained. The road is uneven with some significant damage. Please take caution when driving.
- When entering or leaving the driveway by car, take care to avoid the light posts.
- Take care when stepping off the basketball court, as the step-down can be up to a foot in some spots.
- Always supervise children playing on the play set which includes a climbing wall.
- Avoid using the large fire pit if windy, as the wind will blow out 
- Always supervise the fire pit while lit.

Winter Driving: From Nov 1 to April 30, Big Bear Lake requires all vehicles to carry snow chains or socks at all times while on the mountain. It is advised to do a dry run before coming up.

Power Outages: Bear Valley Electric Service may turn off power in the Big Bear area per California regulations as a response to weather conditions that mandate a Public Safety Power Shutoff. You can find current information on the Bear Valley Electric Service website.
