The lake sits just behind the cabin, offering an absolutely stunning view. The decor is fabulous and thoughtfully designed — you can truly see the care and attention to detail that Phil and Serena put into every corner of the space. It was the perfect place for us to celebrate Lunar New Year and create special memories. We happened to arrive during a rare winter storm, but Phil was incredibly responsive and caring. He checked in on our safety, helped us put on snow chains, and provided clear guidance on driving in the snow so we could arrive and return home safely. So cozy and comfy, the cabin is beautifully decorated, bright, airy and immaculately maintained just as you see in the pictures. It’s fully equipped with bed and bath linens. And the kitchen had everything to prepare and enjoy all meals; including a BBQ grill. We just loved the proximity to the lake to take advantage of walks to the water. Many thanks to the SkyRun Big Bear team, Serena and Phil, who were very responsive to every question. Was so easy to access and settle in. Really special weekend. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked with toiletries, towels, dishes, kitchen equipment, a dish washer and had an amazing view of Lake Big Bear. Our hosts were very responsive, accommodating and generous. They had amazing tips about local hotspots that were interesting and made our little vacation incredibly fun. The house is right on the lake in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to the main village and also close to the local residential area where the secret local favorites were.
