Plenty of room downstairs to hang out with family and friends, and the couches are SUPER COMFY... you\'ll see when you get there. Everything was clean when we arrived and all the amenities worked flawlessly. We used the kitchen quite a bit and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was brand new and felt awesome in the cold.
