SkyRun Dynamic Pricing. What it means to me as a property owner

SkyRun has recently added dynamic pricing to our system!   Put simply, dynamic pricing is what the big hotels and airlines use to maximize total revenue by adjusting the prices.

SkyRun’s algorithm has been developed using our 14 years of experience in professional property management and can be adjusted for each property depending on the goals of that property owner (maximize income no matter what, or don’t ever rent below $x).  The algorythm is proprietary but simply it factors in the demand/occy for each individual day, what other similar (non-skyrun) properties are priced at and how far it is in advance for the arrival so that empty days are filled, but at a fair price.
