SkyRun North Lake Tahoe’s COVID-19 Updates: Your Travel Is Safe With Us.

From everyone at SkyRun North Lake Tahoe, we hope you are safe and healthy during this difficult time. Although we are all facing uncertainty and unprecedented obstacles, we are diligently preparing our vacation properties for you when the North Lake Tahoe community opens back up.

To help you feel more at ease when the time is right for your next visit, SkyRun has taken the following actions to ensure your travel is safe with us! 

Keeping Our Properties Squeaky Clean and Ready for You
Providing safe and clean environments for our guests and team members is always a top priority for SkyRun – even more so today! We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleaning and disinfecting practices to keep our properties squeaky clean. 

  • We have actively augmented our cleaning program to include more rigorous sanitation and disinfection protocols using CDC recommended antibacterial products.
  • We are not allowing back-to-back bookings, early check-ins/late check-outs to give our cleaning teams more time to clean and disinfect – including “high-touch” surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, handrails, remote, handle, thermostats, etc. 
  • We have implemented a 54-hour “vacancy window” of time between each booking so the property will be well ventilated and vacant for a reasonable amount of time prior to the next guest’s entry into the property. 
  • Linens are appropriately laundered using the highest temp washing and drying setting. 
  • Cleaning crews and team members wear recommended personal protective equipment (PPE) and take other precautions as directed by CDC Guidelines and State and County ordinances.

    Social Distancing Made Easy
    We’ve also made social distancing easy. Guests check-in directly to the property avoiding the possibility of a crowded vacation office or having to interact with someone to get the entry keys.  Enjoy the wide-open spaces surrounding each secluded property. We invite you to bring your own food from home and make your meals utilizing the full kitchen in the comfort and seclusion of your own private space.
