Our stay
nice place although be prepared if it rains, you will have a flood from two windows, the kitchen and the bedroom. although the property manager did come out at night to bring towels and finish cleaning up need a key for the pool but it didnt work and its randomly on the window sill. good luck watching tv. they never got us a remote for the living room tv nor sent the tech like they stated. towel and sheet quality was good and its a decent place to stay

My stay was to visit my family who rented a large house on the beach. I spent nights only at the condo to sleep. One thing to know, the AC is very strong in the living area but not in the bedroom. I believe the bedroom was maybe 5 degrees warmer. There is a large fan in the bedroom which did a decent enough job.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Its a very short walk to the beach, which was great! We took the trolley to get to the grocery and restaurants- all very accessible from the apartment. The hosts were also very responsive throughout, which we really appreciated.

We only live 20 minutes away and decide to rent at the beach for a long weekend. This was our first experience using Airbnb but it exceed our expectations. The property was easy to find and we were able to park right outside our unit. The unit was very clean and it had everything, towels, linens, toiletries, pot and pans, coffee maker, etc. It was a 3 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to restaurants. The host was prompt in answering any questions. We had a wonderful weekend and look forward to our next visit.

Excellent access to the beach, just a around the corner about 1 mile or less from restaurants. Many lamps missing light bulbs, some of the dishes were dirty, kitchen has dishes/utensils but nothing more (i.e. salt/pepper/ oil). If your looking for somewhere close to the beach without any frills this does the job.

We'd much rather fix the issues you notice and work on getting a 5-star review. We had a great visit and lots to do in the area. The host accommodated us several times from making sure our unit was safe and good to go with some bad weather and we had beach accessories and letting us have a late check out. We plan to visit again.

The location is perfect. We only had a problem and was the wifi we could not use the 1st day because it was nowhere to be found and there is no phone signal so I had to go outside for a few hours to try and communicate with host for it. A couple hours later they send correct wifi info. We ended up extending one night because everything else was great. The cleaning crew was not advised that we extended one night and they woke up us to clean but we explained them we extend one night and they left. My only recommendation is to upload the wifi info to airbnb and I think after our problem they did so thats great. The place was clean and in a great location.

Although we had sent you the digital guestbook with all of the condo info, when you checked in after 10pm and couldnt find it, we had sent it to you within 2 hoursas far as your phone signal - sorry you werent getting service but your cell service doesnt have anything to do with the condo. Also, we apologize about the cleaners getting there at 1030am and waking you up, this happened because when I spoke with them the night before your check out, you hadnt accepted the extension yet and that happened later on the night before check out, and they didnt see it before heading out on their schedule - but hopefully you still enjoyed everything else and we appreciate your feedback.

The property was in a great location. We had an issue early in our stay but it was addressed quickly. We were provided with everything we needed at the property. The pictures were an accurate representation to what we encountered on our stay. My only real issue was the bed was not very comfortable and the bedroom had blinds but it was so bright in there both day and night. A black out shade would definitely help. AC worked great.

My fianc and I stayed this past week and it was great, clean, warm and welcoming. My family has been staying in this area for the past 30 years for family vacations and we absolutely love it. Its not too busy but not boring, restaurants are close by and the beach is walking distance across the street. Once we arrived to the air bnb we needed to checkin to our room but didnt have our code( not a big deal at all) I texted our host and within 30 seconds we had our code to check in!. Again not a big deal it didnt cause any issues. The communication and response was quick and easy. Our place was super clean the kitchen had everything you needed, the bedroom was clean and they provided extra sheets and blankets. Even the simple fact of providing little packets of laundry detergent was a plus!. Thanks again!

We loved our stay! From the nice locals, the small walk to the beach, and the private feeling of our place it was the best option for us! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance too and a nice pool across the street. Hardly any traffic on our street as well which was nice when sitting outside on the porch. Also very safe location with what seems like little to no criminal activity. Would love to stay again!
