Vera Stayed Nov, 2023 Review Haus und Garten sind schn, gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt&sauber. in der Kche gibt es alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war gepflegt&schn. Das Viertel ist sehr schn und In zwei Minuten ist man zu Fuss am perfekten Strand.Das Haus liegt jedoch direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse und es ist im Garten sehr laut. Auch in zwei Schlafzimmern hrt man die ganze Nacht den Verkehr. Wir wollten nach Ankunft das Haus wechseln, der Vermieter bot uns als Kulanz jedoch nur die normalen Storno Bedingungen an. Schlussendlich sind wir geblieben und haben die Woche auch sehr genossen. Innen ist das Haus sehr angenehm und wir waren den ganzen Tag am Strand. Tagsber entspannt am Pool zu liegen oder draussen zu essen war uns zu laut. Nach ein paar Tagen gewhnt man sich jedoch daran und abends ist es auch etwas leiser und wir haben drauen gegrillt. Man darf jedoch nicht zu empfindlich sein, dann kann man sich sehr wohl fhlen! Neben Lrm gibt es nichts auszusetzen! Shannon Stayed Oct, 2023 Review Blue Martini was as described and met our needs for a nicely equipped home base for our week at Anna Maria Island. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and the home is only a two block walk from an uncrowded section of Holmes Beach. The kitchen was quite spacious with full sized appliances. I loved the high ceilings, granite countertops, breakfast bar and clean spacious stainless steel fridge. The master bedroom had a small balcony with doors we left open to the breeze the entire time. We had a few issues during our stay, but our host, Matt with Skyrun, was VERY attentive and generally responded to our concerns within 45 minutes. There was a lot of traffic noise as its along Gulf drive, but we enjoyed the privacy of the pool area. Overall, a comfortable, peaceful stay and very conveniently located to the beach and the highway to yhe mainland. Host's response: Shannon, we are sorry that we couldn't get to the 5-star experience. While we did let you know we had just taken the property over from another mgt company and they had kind of hamstrung us a bit in the timing that they allowed us to actually take possession of the property, but we tried to go above and beyond for you to earn that 5-star.
