Gallery View Bradenton, FL 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms 8 Guests (4.9) Description Rooms Amenities Reviews Calendar Location As you walk into the property from the main entrance you will be welcomed with an open gathering room. To the left you will find two bedrooms one that has a queen bed and one bedroom has three beds (2 twins and a full).  Between those two rooms you will also have a full guest bathroom as well. Walking back out into the open family room you will start to notice to see the beautiful large picture window in the back of the house which overlooks the pool, hot tub and canals. As you walk towards the back to see the views you will go past the gourmet kitchen with all of the niceties you could need for your stay.  Before you walk out to the breathtaking back yard, across the from the kitchen you will find the master suite which has a king bed very large walk in closet, and the master bathroom. As you walk back out of the master the door to your left will be the garage which is where the washer and dryer are if you need to do laundry during your stay.  Walking back into the house, you will see the dining room set in front of the large picture window, so you can enjoy your dinner overlooking the water and beautiful scenery. As you walk towards the back door you will step down into another gathering area where you can watch tv and enjoy time with your family inside.  Once it's time to go outside, exit from that room through the sliding glass doors to the enclosed back yard and enjoy a swim in the pool, or a relaxing soak in the hot tub. When you get outside, you will notice that there is a dock that you can use to launch the kayaks that are available for your enjoyment, in the garage!!  Make sure you're wearing a provided life vest though in the deck box on the dock.  Prefer something a little slower?  Bring a chair down on the dock and do some fishing on the calm waters of the canal! Got in late and no coffee pack for the next day which was disappointing. Kitchen is pretty bare so you will need to purchase even standard items. Even with minor things, would def stay here again. Janet Stayed Mar, 2024 Review The property was wonderfully located near Anna Maria Island beaches and many preserves for walking. Robinson Preserve has a great playground too. The property is well designed for a multigenerational retreat and we enjoyed the open floor plan and great kitchen. The main eating area overlooks the lovely back area with the small pool and water way. It was clean, pleasant and not cluttered. We enjoyed the plentiful towels and beach towels! This property is phenomenal with every amenity our family could want (pool, spa, water access with kayaks, fishing) and plenty of space to relax and unwind. This is a very squeaky clean property with incredible hosts. The team is always responsive and kind. Kitchen has all that you need for preparing meals and the beds are so comfy!If venturing out is your thing, its a quick trip to lots of delicious restaurants, beautiful beaches and plenty of shopping or fun activities. The interior of the home is exactly as pictured online, it was located in a safe neighborhood and it was a quick car ride to Anna Maria Island beaches. We were able to keep a boat that we rented docked at the house for a few days, which was convenient. We had a small issue with the pool not being cleaned upon arrival, however SkyRun Mgt had good communication and showed up after our arrival to take a look at the issue and had the pool company out the next morning to clean and maintain the pool so we were able to enjoy it for the remainder of the week. Clean, beautifully decorated, gorgeous views, and maybe the most comfortable bed weve ever slept in! Pool, hot tub, fishing and kayaking behind the home, very short drive to anything we wanted/needed from grocery stores to beaches. Quiet neighborhood, excellent for families like ours who like a mix of activities and easy spaces to relax. The home is well stocked with towels and beach chairs, plus plenty of kitchen items for cooking meals. Our host communicated with us proactively and made sure our stay was great. A couple people in our group utilized the kayaks and also were able to do some fishing from the dock. The location is perfect - very close to restaurants, beaches and grocery stores.The kayaks were fun to take out on the water.
