The deck extends your living space, providing a place to enjoy the outdoors and fire up the gas grill. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the dining room offers seating for six, along with additional bar seating. Practical amenities include a full-size washer and dryer and a one-car garage for your convenience.

For relaxation, guests of Chimney Ridge have seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool Complex, which features an indoor/outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and changing rooms.

Upstairs, the spacious master suite awaits with a comfortable king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite 5-piece bath. There's also a loft area with a queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space.

The lower level accommodates a queen bedroom with a TV and deck access, as well as another bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a TV. Both of these bedrooms share a convenient full bath, and there's also a 3/4 bath located on the main level.

GETTING AROUND:
This home is located steps from the Snowflake Lift and just across the street from the free shuttle stope. Guests can walk to town within 5 minutes or use the free shuttle.

PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Great place to stay for a good price in a beautiful location. It was easy to get into the condo & the instructions were very helpful. It is a little far from the pool & hot tubs and the pool is not the nicest. It was also hot during our stay, so with no AC, it would have been nice to have screens on the doors and windows. Overall, I would definitely stay again!

Big place, nice kitchen, many bathrooms. The pool and hot tubs are a bit far away, tho. Overall easier to get around with a car, thankfully they provide a garage plus a free outside spot, which is nice.

Great stay near the ski resort; roughly a six min walk to beaver run with bit of an uphill walk but manageable. Only problem was the hot water would get cold after awhile and we werent given the check in instructions until literally at check in time (which made it a little bit of inconvenience for my friend who was coming at 4pm and I was on my flight so he had to wait extra hours until I landed & reception). Otherwise the stay was great.

We can always add other guests onto the check in instructions and we encourage all of our guests to communicate their needs as we are ready, willing and able to accommodate! We also check in guests as soon as their unit is ready and typically, if it isn't a back to back, we can get guests in early as well! Some of our units have hot water heaters versus a boiler and in those situations, the tank will refill with hot water once the water is done running. Thank you for staying with SKYRUN BRECKENRIDGE!

This location was fantastic for a quick ski trip. Quick walk from the snowflake lift and from downtown. Would rent again. Slightly untidy (marks on walls, dishwasher was askew, etc.) but overall a good experience.

Great location right adjacent to the free bus stop. If you plan to use the clothes washing machine be sure to bring laundry soap.
