Short walk down the road to where you can ski onto the resort. If you take the gate out at the bottom of peak ten you can ski back too. James Stayed Mar, 2024 Review Awesome place - loved the ski-in/out capabilities! Jack Stayed Mar, 2024 Review Overall we enjoyed our stay. It technically is ski in and ski out and there is a shuttle but its a bit of a walk to do any of that. I would recommend having a car with this Airbnb. Jeremy Stayed Mar, 2024 Review Plenty of beds and room to spread out for our multi-family stay. We enjoyed the house and the amenities that were provided. We always enjoy our time in Breck! Host's response: We are happy to hear you enjoyed your time and the home in Breck. We would love to host you again in the future. SkyRun Breckenridge! Joseph Stayed Mar, 2024 Review Great home for a large family or multiple families. Walking distance to the Breck Shuttle. Warm and inviting! Will absolutely be back, well worth the price based on the amount of people it accommodated Beverly Stayed Feb, 2024 Review Very big and spacious house! Had lots of bedrooms and beds! We had plenty of room for all to sleep and even had some extra beds! Great location!!! Host's response: We are thrilled to hear all your positive feedback. We would love to host you again in the future when your travels bring you back to Breckenridge.SkyRun Breckenridge! We're delighted to hear that our accommodations were a perfect fit for your group of 30-somethings. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, regardless of age or group size. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another great stay in the future!SkyRun Breckenridge Melissa Stayed Feb, 2024 Review The house was exactly as described and looked like the pictures! It is in a perfect location to hit the slopes in Breckenridge. The amount of beds, large kitchen, and amenities (hot tub, sauna, game room) are perfect for a large ski group who want to unwind after a day on the slopes. The house could have been cleaner (dusty, hair in sinks, dirty dishes) and response time faster when we were having issues with the garage door closing upon departure. Overall this was a good value for a large group on a ski trip Host's response: Thank you for choosing SkyRun Breckenridge for your stay. We are glad to hear you liked the house and it was in the perfect location. We want to apologize for the oversight of cleanliness and we will address this issue so it doesn't happen again in the future. We would love to host you again when your travels bring you back to Breckenridge!SkyRun Bre Reece Stayed Jan, 2024 Review Enjoyed our stay here very much. Beautiful home, great amenities, and responsive and helpful host. Would definitely come back! Host's response: We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and that you thought the home was beautiful with great amenities. Thank you for the complement that SkyRun Breckenridge was responsive and helpful 🙂 We would love to have you back.SkyRun Breckenridge Tian Tian Stayed Jan, 2024 Review Great location for large groups! The listing (number of bedrooms and beds) really was as advertised. The place is huge - well stocked kitchen, three refrigerator, lots of bedrooms, three living spaces, etc. Great for our large party. The location is also basically ski out (and potentially ski in but youd have to walk a bit). Close to town and ski area. Peter Stayed Dec, 2023 Review House was great accommodating our large group well. Close to town and Breck Ski Resort. Tips for future renters if skiing. Theres a 15 minute drop off at Grand Colorado. You can then drive down and park at gondola. Parking is a premium during peak season, so advise getting to parking lot by no later thanam. Long line for gondola back down to parking lot if you wait to leave past 3pm. Recommend following pub/restaurantsGold Pan Saloon, Blue Stag, The Blue Fish (sushi). Re: considerations for management, there are so many light switches, be helpful if they could be labeled. It would also be helpful to know which zone each thermostat controls. Specific Instructions on how to use the tv remotes for each room would also be helpful. Kimberly Stayed Dec, 2023 Review The house was amazing! Loved everything about it! Andrea Stayed Aug, 2023 Review We had a wonderful time at the house. It is large enough for a big family. The service was good about taking care of our needs. Host's response: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Andrea! It's our goal to make sure each guest is attended to when they stay at a SkyRun property and are pleased that you found this to be the case! Please come back anytime! Robert Stayed Aug, 2023 Review Enjoyed our stay! Mike Stayed Aug, 2022 Review Our group had a great time. First class location for our Summer customer trip. We enjoyed the best of what Brek had to offer and it was wonderful to come back to such a great home. We had a great trip with our Cooper Lighting team!Mike- Boston Host's response: We are so happy that you had a positive experience staying with SkyRun Breckenridge! Perfect for a large group of guest. Host's response: Thank you for staying with SkyRun Breckenridge! We hope to host you again soon. Morgan Stayed Apr, 2022 Review Great place in terms of price and location. Can walk to end of Gold King Way and take trail head directly across to essentially ski in/out at peak 9 (lower Leman trail). Walk back up is a little trickier but overall great location and place for price. Sauna was awesome! Host's response: We are so happy that you enjoyed your SkyRun Breckenridge l! We would love for you to come back and visit us again sometime in the future! Thank you for your review and have a wonderful day! James Stayed Feb, 2022 Review All went smooth, nice place 🙂 Elzbieta Stayed Jun, 2021 Review Overall, the family enjoyed the bedroom space, great room, loft for reading, playing board games. It was easy access to downtown, activities for adults and children, as well as trails for hikes. The house was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Would recommend for large families. Scott Stayed Mar, 2021 Review Great place for a group. Host's response: Thanks, so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. This is incredibly helpful.rrAgain, thank you for taking your time to share your experience with us. We're grateful for customers like you. Reid Stayed Mar, 2021 Review This house was perfect for our group of 15. Plenty of rooms, beds, bathroom space, towels, refrigerator space, storage space, etc. We had such a good time at the house between the pool table, foosball, hot tub, living room areas, etc. that we never felt the need to eat out or head into town at night. The place was very clean and had enough cleaning supplies (trash bags, dish soap, tissues, toilet paper, etc.) for our 4 night stay. The staff was quick to respond and check in / out was very easy. We also didn't realize this place is basically ski in ski out - at the end of Gold King Way there is a ski trail through the woods that ends at Beaver Run lift - it's a little bit of a cat walk but totally worth it to skip the long lines at the bigger base. At the end of the day, you can access the trail through the Falcon lift and not have to deal with the shuttle. We could not have been more pleased with the house or had more fun staying at the house and would suggest this place for large groups of all ages! Host's response: Thanks, so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. This is incredibly helpful.rrAgain, thank you for taking your time to share your experience with us. We're grateful for customers like you. Patrick Taylor Stayed Oct, 2020 Surprise Engagement Party Love This Place And Definitely Had Enough Room To Accommodate My Family And Friends. Everything They Needed Was There And More. Costumer Service “Josh” When Reserving This Place Was Top Notch. There Were Minor Discrepancies But What Place Doesn’t Have That No Place Is Perfect. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay in Breckenridge and look forward to hosting you again in the future. -Taylor, SkyRun Breckenridge Jan B. Stayed Aug, 2019 Family Reunion We rented 3 properties for a large family reunion. We had a few issues with non-working hot tub, non-working ice maker, patio door, no light in laundry, remotes needing batteries, and multiple light bulbs burnt out, in this property. All were remedied after management were made aware. The interior is well equipped but the exterior could use some TLC. Overall, we had a lovely stay after a few things were taken care of. Host's response: Thank you for your comments, I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We greatly appreciate you bringing issue to our attention, our staff is always happy to do address issues to make a guest stay more comfortable. Leslie M. Stayed Mar, 2019 Had a wonderful time! This place was perfect for our large group. Although the home does show that is it used quite a bit it worked out great for us. Parking was a situation due to the excessive amount of snow they had just gotten but we made it work. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. We hope to see you again soon! 🙂 -Nicole~SkyRun Breckenridge Joshua A. Stayed Nov, 2018 Great stay! Plenty of space for large families We had a great time at this property. The views are incredible and there is plenty room for a large family. It is very accessible to town but not in a very crowded area. We had a snow storm one of the days we were there but we had no problem moving around because plowing is very efficient and the rental company sends people to shovel snow around the house. Overall we enjoyed every inch of the property! Host's response: We are excited that you enjoyed your vacation with us here in Breckenridge. We hope to see you again soon!SkyRun-Breckenridge Bruce&Glenda Stayed Sep, 2018 Review With a few minor issues, our overall stay was good. There were enough room to be comfortable with 16 people and 2 babies. Very friendly staff and we would use this home again if needed. Host's response: Hi Bruce&Glenda! So glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. We work hard to ensure a pleasant stay. Hope to see you again soon 🙂 - Nicole ~SkyRun Breckenridge Pete T. Stayed Sep, 2018 Beautiful House Great property and a great location, all the amenities I needed while on vacation. Perfect for a large family or reunion. Al Stayed Sep, 2018 Great place The group of 10th Mtn Veterans had an amazing time and fit comfortably. The house was set up in a way that some could sleep while others were talking and sharing memories. Marie S. Stayed Aug, 2018 Perfect for our family reunion/50th anniversary celebration Our family gathered at Gold King Lodge this past weekend to celebrate our parents' 50th anniversary, and to be together for the first time in over 10 years. There were 21 of us, including 6 grandkids under 10, and the house fit us all well. We loved the pool and foosball tables, the hot tub, sauna, barbecues, fully stocked kitchen, and interesting lodge decor (taxidermy). The kitchen and dining area were a little small for our group, but we managed. We also had a couple of maintenance issues when we first got there, and SkyRun sent someone over to fix them almost immediately. Also, though it was stated in the binder provided at the house, we didn't realize that the toilet paper and other supplies provided were a "starter pack" until we were nearly out, and searching the cupboards for backups. So future renters might want to bring their own TP right off the bat. The check-in and check-out processes were relatively easy, the neighbors were quiet and hopefully weren't disturbed by us, and the location and the house itself were beautiful. We all were sorry to leave after just 4 days! Ryan W. Stayed Jul, 2018 Wonderful for Family Reunion We had a great experience here. It was perfect for our family reunion. It was great to all be together under one roof, but still have our own space. The large room with several beds was perfect for the cousins to sleep in. I was a little concerned about seating for our large family around the table. There was another table outside on the deck that worked out great. The kitchen was well stocked.Parking was a little bit of a hassle, especially if the ones parked in the garage wanted to go somewhere. I highly recommend this property. Host's response: We are honored to be such a wonderful part of your familys memories and we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your lovely review with us. Its such a delight to read the array of amenities and activities kept all members of your family occupied and entertained, regardless of age or interest and that you all had a great time here. Your kind words and five-star rating mean the world to us and we look forward to welcoming you back to SkyRun Breckenridge again very soon. Have a beautiful day!!! Keep Making Memories, Megan~SkyRun Breckenridge Ryan W. Stayed Jul, 2018 Perfect for Family Reunion This was a perfect place for our family reunion of nearly 30 people. We were all able to be under one roof, but have our own space as well. The kitchen was well stocked. And the extra fridge in the garage was perfect. I was concerned about seating while eating since the table only fit 10, but there was a table outside that added another 8 seats. If you have a large group like we did, I would recommend bringing some extra paper towels and garbage bags since what was provided didn't last for the entire stay. The only issue I had was with light switches--not a big deal. Some switches were in weird places. The living room switches were in the kitchen. Some dark hallways only had one switch at one end. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Thanks SkyRun! Host's response: We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Gold King Lodge with 30 people! As a courtesy to the guest, SkyRun Breckenridge provides a complimentary starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and other essentials only meant to last a few days, extra provisions may be purchased at the local grocery store. Jason R. Stayed Jul, 2018 A great place to stay Overall a great experience and really enjoyed the property. had 27 people sleeping in the house, with no pullout couches being used. Had another 9 that joined us for some of the meals and 'base camp' activities. The property was spacious but outdated on the outside and not in 'great' condition - so just a little deceiving when you pull up. House was great inside. lots of sitting space and kitchen was a good size to allow for meals along with two fully functioning grills. Never an issue with hot water.Downside is parking for that many people can be a real pain. I believe this is a breckendridge issue, not so much a house issue as no parking is allowed on the streets and the neighbors of this house will definitely call the cops:) - yes, from experience. Other small issue is that their definitely was a shortage of tv's. In this day and age when kids want to play fortnite and required 1 tv per kid, this property is lacking. one additional tv upstairs (we brought an extra computer monitor) would be ideal.would definitely stay here again. Also, skyrun who runs the building rental is top notch. if you have any issues, they will be there to help! Keep Making Memories, Megan~SkyRun Breckenridge Deanie S. Stayed Mar, 2018 Great for large group! We had 26 and we all fit! As mentioned, the kitchen is small for the house and with that many folks all getting ready to go skiing, it can create a bottle neck, but with a lot of beds in the house we were able to sleep everyone comfortably. We were there a week and I had to call to get some more supplies as they didn't leave us with enough dish soap and garbage bags. The shuttle was very handy as it picks up and drops off right at the end of the street. We did the expert ski in/ski out and loved it! Had a great trip and would do it again! Isaac Stayed Feb, 2018 Review Very nice experience. Lovely house for a nice family retreat. Jim Stayed Feb, 2018 Review Wonderful lodge with easy ski out access. All the bedrooms and living areas easily accommodated our 14 person group. We had a wonderful time with the back patio and hot tub. Check in was a breeze and I would happily stay again. Keep Making Memories, Megan~SkyRun Breckenridge Connie Stayed Dec, 2017 Review THIS HOME IS A WONDERFUL PLACE FOR A LARGE FAMILY. SPACE FOR EVERYONE TO DO THERE OWN THING, YET ROOMS WERE BIG ENOUGH TO ALL BE TOGETHER. Host's response: Thanks for your review and feedback. Ellis Stayed Nov, 2017 Review This is a beautiful home that is well suited for larger groups. We had a family reunion here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There are lots of beds. The house has nice areas to spread out. The youth spent hours in the game room. One of the highlights was a beautiful snow on it first day there. A fireplace, hot chocolate, and family in a beautiful setting.... Great House Property was in good condition and we certainly enjoyed it Mike M. Stayed Jun, 2017 Spectacular My company held a corporate event in this home and it was amazing. We slept over 20 people in the home and had over 30 attend the 2-day retreat. It was spacious and comfortable and had multiple living areas where we could gather. The location is close to town. Would love to return on a non-work trip. Host's response: Thanks for the review and we're glad you had a great time. --The SkyRun Staff Availability Select your travel dates to view a detailed quote.
