GETTING AROUND:
The property is located about 5-minutes from downtown Breckenridge. There is a free shuttle stop via Breck Free Ride on the corner of Royal Tiger Road and Wellington Road (about a 10-15 minute walk).

Each of our properties is thoughtfully prepared with a starter supply of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, and more. We also provide premium bed linens, plush towels, and a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to create your favorite meals with ease. Rest assured, we’ve covered the details so you can focus on enjoying your getaway.

PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Nice location- about a 5 minute drive to the Main Street. The house was clean but kitchen items were in need of replacing. The bathrooms were nice, plenty of towels, (did not see any hair dryers) and exhaust fans would be useful. The pull out sofa was not in good shape. The views are beautiful and we enjoyed our family stay! The kids enjoyed the football table and the Xbox!

Big, beautiful house with an amazing view of the entire mountain. We would have liked to stay closer to the town, but this house worked out well for our family vacation with 3 kids. Amenities were minimal and hot tub was gross and did not work. Property management sent someone out right away to fix the bathtub and hot tub.

Location, location, location! This house was a half a mile from downtown Breck but still felt secluded and serene. There were views of the mountains in every window and the house was very well stocked with everything you need for family meals, game nights, and hot tub nights after full days on the slopes! This home was absolutely perfect! We loved the location and how homey it felt. It was so quiet at night. Truly peaceful! Its also a nice walk to town. We loved the hot tub as well.

Mike and Anna's place is in a fantastic location! The hot tub was working perfectly (not all places who list a hot tub have them working) and the house was clean and nice!

I treated my friends and family to a nice vacation and This house was amazing! From the beautiful views of the mountains in the morning to the hot tub after a long day on the mountains. The location is just a short walk into town on a nice day but Uber and the bus was also very easy and accommodating. House was very clean and welcoming. Will definitely rent this house again and strongly recommend that you do as well

We had an excellent stay! The location is perfect! It was very clean. The place had a warm comfy cozy feel that was relaxing. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing.

House is nice. Kitchen is big and accommodating to cooking many meals. Two Bedrooms are real small... one bed in it, barely room to walk around. Two bedrooms large. Not every bedroom has a tv which was an issue in putting kids in rooms. Otherwise great location.

Amazing location, walking distance to town, lovely updated home with hot tub and garage.

We had our family at the house for the holidays and had a great time. We cooked dinners and had all the amenities in the kitchen. We walked to town and drove to the gondola lot for parking for skiing. The location is great and the home is furnished and stocked very nicely.
