During ski season, Highland Greens elevates your experience with a shuttle service to the ski slopes and downtown Breckenridge. Please note that the shuttle operates during the peak winter period (typically December - March), and its availability is subject to seasonal conditions. The service, provided by SkyRun, adds a touch of convenience, though its availability during the ski season cannot be guaranteed.

PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to anything you want to do in the mountains. Very quiet neighborhood and safe. Garage was nice to be able to park out of the weather since we had a random hail storm while we were there. Tons of restaurants and shopping closeby. Hot tub was nice. Beds are comfortable.

We have stayed here before and it feels like home! We love the location, quiet, view, & comfortable furnishings and art. The radiant floor heating takes a little time to respond, but it's non drying & plenty warm enough. The price seems to vary a lot (double this time!). We never use the hot tub, but might one day. The clothes washer is very convenient. You definitely need a car for groceries, etc. It's not far from Frisco which gives some variety for outings. We definitely plan to return if we can get a better price.

This property was just as described and had plenty of room for our group. The office space on the main floor came in pretty handy as some in our group had to work off and on during our trip. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. All-in-all we were very comfortable. It is also a great location with just a short drive to Breckenridge, Copper, and A-Basin. We would happily stay here again!

This condo is even better in-person! It was so clean (and I'm picky). The location was perfect, situated 1/2 way between Breck and Frisco. The views from this condo and hot tub were unbelievable. The kitchen is well-appointed with the needed supplies. We were able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner! We'll be back!

Awesome stay!

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this townhome in August. The property was super clean, the appliances (dishwasher, gas range/stove, refrigerator, coffee maker) were brand new, and even the knives in the knife block were sharp! Our group enjoyed the comfortable beds and private hot tub after SUPing, mountain biking and hiking. An extra fridge in the garage came in handy for our sodas and beers. The owners have paid attention to every detail: They even have kid sleds hanging in the garage for winter fun! Although we are not big TV watching people, we visited during the summer Olympics, so the big screen with sound bar in the living room was a plus. We love Highland Greens and have stayed at other properties before - it’s so accessible to the slopes with the shuttle that runs during the ski season and will pick you up at your doorstep (ie. No shlepping!). You get so much more for your money here. We can’t wait to rent Highland Greens Oak Retreat during ski season…. Thank you!!

The perfect hub for outdoor adventures

We spent a week here catching up with good friends. This was the perfect place for it -so close to everything we wanted to do! Within 20 minutes, we were at the trailhead for Mt. Quandary, or Dylan Reservoir (great on its own for a day of paddle boarding, or a good parking spot to start a day of a single track mountain bike riding. There are also paved bike trails from the condo into town for dinner, shopping or ice cream. At the end of each day, we enjoyed cold beverages from the deck and the hot tub and soaked in the view of the mountains! After a week we only scratched the surface - we'll be back!

Perfect Summer Retreat!

Three words for this townhouse: spacious, inviting and wonderful. Our group of six adults fit more than comfortably, and the bunkbed room would allow even more space for kids. The layout gave us cozy time together as well as comfortable retreats, and mountain views from the hot tub were the perfect way to end a day of hiking. Thoughtful landscaping, including spruce and aspen, gave the townhouse a lovely, secluded atmosphere. Paved bike paths to Breckenridge let us skip the parking hassles and enjoy the river views. The hosts seem to have thought of everything, from a well-appointed kitchen to sewing kits in the bedroom dressers. The pantry was stocked with cooking essentials, including an array of spices, and we appreciated the full-sized washer and dryer. They even have a bookshelf of classic mountain books for adults and children. We loved this place and hope to stay here again on our next Breck adventure!
