Comfortable and clean (except the futon is not comfortable and its advertised as a third bedroom). We had issues with the heat while we were there but the managers were pretty responsive and tried to be helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was peaceful. Great hot tub area! The location is walking distance to the Peak 9 chairlift and all of the shops and restaurants on Main St. The pool was very warm and also close to the Airbnb. The floorplan is very unique and we really enjoyed it with our baby. However, the master bedroom upstairs is open to the downstairs area (loft style, a window with no glass). If you want more privacy from downstairs that is something to consider. Skyrun was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had via text. Host's response: Hi Amy! This property was clean, well equipped, and perfect for our family’s stay in Breckenridge. The self check-in was a breeze and there was convenient space to park two cars. There was a shuttle stop nearby which provided access to the slopes. Most of our group chose to do the short walk down to Peak 9’s Quick Silver chair. We found 9 to be the best area for our less experienced skiers and a great jumping point to the rest of the mountain! The distance to Main Street was just short of 0.5 miles. The fireplace was great after a day in the snow and the bathroom’s heated floors were a nice touch! Next year we are returning with a bigger group and have already reserved this condo in addition to the one across the street! We can’t wait return!! Thank you!!
