If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements. The check in was super fast and easy considering i had to find a spot within the hour for a technician in breckenridge area. The Breck coffee was a nice touch! Host's response: Sounds like you had a great time in Breckenridge and the coffee added a nice touch to your stay!SkyRun Breckenridge Peter Stayed Sep, 2023 Review We had a great time! Would definitely go back for a quiet weekend. Host's response: So happy you enjoyed your time in Breck! Susan Stayed Aug, 2023 Review We had a great week at SkyRun! The house was clean and comfortable and we were glad to be able to bring our dog with us! We knew there wasnt a fenced yard, but there is no yard at all for the dog to play or hang out inits steep and very natural/ overgrown. The beds were pretty comfy and we were glad to have humidifiers for each room. Breck was easily accessible (15-20 min drive) and there were lots of trails close by! Would have loved to have a blender, but the kitchen was well-stocked with coffee makers (Keurig and drip), a slow cooker, an air fryer, a hand mixer, a small food processor and a toaster. There was a nice washer and dryer and we brought our laundry detergent so it was nice to end the week with clean clothes. Overall a great stay for this family trip! Host's response: Hi Susan, thank you for your detailed feedback! For future guests, it's important to note that this home is built on a mountain slope which does in fact present a steep outside area on the owner's lot which may not be best for small children or furry friends with mobility issues. Susan, again we sincerely appreciate your feedback and will pass along your helpful note regarding the blender to our homeowner! We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future! Glona Stayed Aug, 2023 Review Love our vacation of this great accomodation Lynn Stayed Jun, 2023 Review Very beautiful, lots of room. Loved the moose roaming in our backyard. Lauren Stayed Jun, 2023 Review My family and I really enjoyed the Moose Trail Retreat home. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had beautiful surroundings. The road getting to the house is pretty steep, with some holes but if you have AWD or an SUV you should be fine. Definitely follow the directions provided, not GPS.SkyRun was very responsive to any questions I had and even had to assist us after hours when we locked ourselves out. They responded very quickly to get us back inside. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there was a bit of an issue with us bringing 2 dogs and some confusion about the listing / owner's pet policy. On our second day we were informed we were only allowed 1 dog and we were a bit unsure of what was going to happen. We didn't hear anything back so we just carried on and that was the end of it.Overall I would recommend this home to others and would come back! Thanks! Host's response: Thank you for choosing Moose Trail Retreat as your vacation home and for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you and your family thoroughly enjoyed your stay, finding the house clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful surroundings. We appreciate your understanding regarding the road leading to the house. As you mentioned, having an AWD or SUV can certainly help navigate the terrain more easily. We always recommend following the provided directions for a smooth arrival, as GPS can sometimes be unreliable in the area. We're glad to hear that our team at SkyRun was responsive and helpful throughout your stay, especially when you encountered an issue with being locked out. We understand the importance of swift assistance, even outside regular hours, and we're pleased to have resolved the situation promptly to get you back inside. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you experienced regarding the pet policy. We apologize for any mixed messages and appreciate your flexibility in adapting to the one-dog policy. Rest assured, we have taken note of your feedback to improve our communication and avoid any future misunderstandings.
