We were close to a little town and not to far to FairPlay for dinner, groceries, etc. The house was clean and spacious and we loved the fact that it was dog friendly. The hot tub was a great plus too! Would recommend to anyone. Host's response: Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us! As others have noted, the water pressure was low but it really wasnt much of an issue. We saw quickly why it was called Fox Crossing as we saw the resident fox on the deck shortly after arriving. A couple of minor concerns were addressed in a timely manner and the management was very responsive. Would stay here again! Host's response: Kristy we are thrilled you enjoyed your stay and had the pleasure of seeing the foxes on the deck. Thank you for noticing management was very responsive and addressed your concerns quickly. Would be nice if the front patio had more outdoor furnitures and a gas grill, it was a bit abandoned. Other than that everything was as expected. We had such an enjoyable time! The house was lovely and with our two young kiddos, we were so pleased to see there were puzzles, books, etc to keep them entertained! We are also skiers, so being only 25 minutes outside of Breck was a huge plus. Not to mention, coming back to the hot tub for a soak, that was ideal! We also had a minor issue pop up while we were there and the host was extremely responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend this place and we will certainly be back again! Dezi Stayed Nov, 2023 Review Was a good stay, the only thing is the lock with the code to get inside did not work so we waited for a response before we could get in. Host's response: Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear you had a good stay overall. We apologize for any inconvenience with the lock code, and we appreciate your patience. Your input helps us improve, and we hope to host you again for a seamless experience. Safe travels! Jeff Stayed Oct, 2023 Review This was a nice home converted to an airbnb. There were lots of nice extra with the towels folded in fun shapes, kitchen stocked very well with extra food and coffee if needed. It was laid out well and extra effort put in compared to other airbnbs. We did have some power outages due to the snow storms with it flickering and then going out before we left. The storm came in with two days left in our stay. Plowing was not available until the start of the next month. With an estimated 24 inches of snow that turned out to be 18, we asked about stay options before the storm and were just quoted the Colorado traction laws. That felt very corporate and unhelpful, not how I would respond as a host. Host's response: Thank you for this review and your feedback Jeff. We are glad you found this home well equipped for your needs, and that the power issues weren't a major inconvenience. The high alpine location of this home does provide an awesome experience, but that does also have the possibility for adverse weather situations, and we do our best to encourage guests to come prepared for these variables. Since your message involved shortening the length of your reservation due to the potential for snow, we did respond with our policy for this, as well as restating the CO traction laws included in the listing, to ensure you were aware of your responsibilities when traveling. SkyRun Breckenridge takes the safety and well being of our guests seriously, and we hope you enjoyed the winter wonderland you were surrounded by. Please reach out if we can provide assistance with your next visit. Robert Stayed Oct, 2023 Review Great place in good location would stay again.
