This home boasts a luxurious king-sized primary suite on the top floor, including a flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a private walkout balcony. The second bedroom is designed with families in mind, offering a queen bed and a twin bed with an adjoining bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for every guest.

Please note that the property does not have air conditioning. Given Breckenridge's mild high alpine climate, most properties in the area are designed to embrace the natural mountain air.

Getting Around:
The property is located in downtown Breckenridge. Only a 11 minute walk to the Breck Connect Gondola or less than a 5 minute walk to Main St. The property is just a 3 minute walk to the Free Ride bus route located at the corner of Washington Ave and French St. This is the Purple Route and will take you to most places in town including the Breck Connect Gondola, Rec Center, or Main St. Guests can also walk to the Quicksilver chairlift, which is a 15 minute walk.

PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If youโ€™re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Very close walk to town restaurants, shops, trails and grocery store. Open concept and comfy furniture to share time with friends. Home has lots of room and separate spaces for privacy too. Clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful House in Great Location!

We had a lovely time. This house is beautiful and very well kept. It was clean and had plenty of space for our entire group to have plenty of room to themselves while also having great common rooms for us all to enjoy together time. The location is great. We walked to dinners, to the gondola, and loved shopping around main st. Definitely would recommend!
