Welcome to The Lift B107 in Breckenridge, Colorado, a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom condo located in Peak 9, designed with ski and snowboard lovers in mind. Experience the best of winter sports and mountain living in this cozy retreat. Situated just steps away from the Quicksilver Chairlift, this condo is a winter sport lover's dream. You're not only within walking distance of the best slopes in Breckenridge but also conveniently close to top-rated ski rental services, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable ski or snowboard adventure. Plus, a shuttle stop right behind the complex offers easy access to a variety of other lifts and trails, catering to all skill levels.

After a day carving through the powder, head to the Columbine Pool and Hot Tub complex (closed April 15th thru May 24th), which is accessible to all our guests. It's more than just a place to relax; it's an oasis for skiers and snowboarders to rejuvenate. Immerse yourself in one of the four large hot tubs, allowing your muscles to relax and recover. 

This expansive condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for large groups or families. The king suite, with its private deck and TV, offers a serene retreat, while the guest room features two queen beds and a twin daybed with twin trundle, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. The heart of the condo is the living area, centered around a charming gas fireplace, where you can gather for warmth and camaraderie after a day on the slopes.

Breckenridge shines not only on the slopes but also in its après-ski scene. Just a short walk from the condo, downtown Breckenridge offers a lively mix of restaurants, boutique shops, spas, and nightlife. GETTING AROUND:Walking distance to the Quicksilver Chairlift, restaurants, shops and the heart of downtown. Shuttle stop also located behind complex and will take you to town and other lifts.

PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. This modern condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. All of the furnishings felt modern and clean. We loved the location - a short pretty walk on a path to the adorable downtown. The pools and hot tub were a nice option after activity packed days. Would come again!

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was exactly as described. We were four, but it can definitely accommodate eight people. Check in instructions were detailed and timely. Check out requirements were less than demanding. 5 minute walk to Peak 9 and Main street. Clean and well appointed. We loved everything about it. Thank you! Definitely recommend! Just an FYI for future guests (not a complaint, I like to know these things): beds and pillows are very firm memory foam.

The only downside is the hot tub hours listed did not match the actual pool hours. On the welcome letter in the fridge it states the hot tub is open till 10pm, it is only open till 8pm. It was a shocked being told to leave atpm with the 15min warning. The glassware upon arrival was cloudy with water spots. Wifi was slow in certain spots especially bedroom 2. Other than that great place, great location to everything. It was amazing how close we were to peak 9 and downtown restaurants. Will definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

We had a great stay and a wonderful family vacation! The location was great and the accommodations fit us well. The only thing missing, wait for it, was a can opener. We were making chili one night and didnt have a can opener. We were able to borrow one from the neighbor. Other than that, and that was not a big deal at all, the condo was perfect!

Very cozy, homey place with great amenitiesthe hot tub area alone will take your whole experience up a notchand is a very short walk to the Quicksilver Super Lift @ Peak 9. I didnt do a speed test, but the internet was fast enough and reliable enough to support HQ video conferencing. Definitely would recommend!

Great Summer Vacation

Everyone loves Colorado in the winter but don’t forget it’s amazing in the summer as well. We had an awesome time here! It’s such a short walk to the town & the mountain and there’s plenty of sleeping space.

Had a great stay!

Great location and very nice/upkept! Within short walking distance of pretty much everything, so we never had to use transportation around the town. Had a relatively large group, but the space was still more than enough for all of us to live comfortably! Would love to stay here again the next time I'm in town.
