The living room is a spacious and inviting area, complete with a flat screen TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and a private deck that allows you to soak in the breathtaking mountain scenery.

For relaxation and post-ski rejuvenation, all guests have access to the clubhouse, which boasts indoor/outdoor hot tubs & an indoor pool(Subject to availability). The clubhouse also features a deck area and a gas grill, making it a perfect spot for entertaining and enjoying the alpine atmosphere.

PARKING INFORMATION:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. I have been vacationing in Breck for 20+ years and have stayed at 15+ places. Location was the best I have had. Only steps to snowflake lift and also could still walk to main street. 1st floor is a big plus for my group when skiing. This place is the top of my list for value, location, amenities, and size. Place was super clean and everything worked as expected. The bathrooms are great and showers had excellent pressure. Communication from the property management company was excellent.

We were there for the first week of April, 2023. The ski area and the town were not crazy crowded. We were a group of 5 and the condo pretty much had what we needed. We were pleased to find two couches in the living room, not one as in the photos. We were right across the street from the snowflake lift which was great. Although we were very close to town, we still used our car and were able to find parking at that time of year. Our one frustration was that the dishwasher was broken. We were not warned of this, but had to reach out. Fortunately, the management company gave us a $150 refund for the inconvenience.

Great unit. Great location. Well organized. Lighting in bedrooms was difficult. No lights on the ceiling. Only lamps (like a hotel room)No propane grill. Community grill need to be repaired and cleaned.
