Properties in Breckenridge DO NOT have Air Conditioning (AC) fans are provided for guest comfort. Winter temperatures may vary widely from negative temperatures to 40-50 degrees. You must have a vehicle capable of operating in severe winter conditions as plowing is not guaranteed. Guests should not attempt to shovel driveways themselves for their own safety. This condo is beautiful, well care for and had all the amenities we needed for our summer visit. Great location...town is right out the front door and hiking trails are a short walk away and yet it still felt a little a little remote with the view of trees out all the windows. We decided to still stay a few days and we absolutely enjoyed this condo. It was the perfect space for the 2 families that stayed in it. It is in a prime location as well to the mountain and to the ski school we were planning on using. We are already looking forward to booking this same condo again next year.
