- Bedroom 1: Two queen-size beds, sleeping up to 4 guests.
- Bathroom 3: Conveniently located on this level.
- Laundry: Washer and dryer available for guest use.
- Garage: Interior stairway providing direct access to the main living area.

The garage and adjacent bedroom feature radiant floor heating for added comfort. Additional portable heaters are available if needed.

Guests can access the main living space directly from the garage using the interior stairway without having to go outside.

Main Floor
- Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, sleeping 2 guests, with an attached private bathroom.
- Half Bathroom: Conveniently located near the main living areas.
- Living Room: Open-concept gathering space featuring vaulted ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace.

- Pet Friendly: Up to two dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per stay.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Gatherings: Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
- Minimum Booking Age: 25 years.
- Accessibility: This is a multilevel property with stairs and no elevator.

Join us for an unforgettable kickoff with tubing, skiing, snowboarding, and even the unique experience of skiing alongside a Dixie National Forest Park Ranger. Enjoy special events, prize giveaways, and freshly groomed runs ready for your first turns of the season. The mountains are calling — don’t miss it!

Damage Waiver: SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver of $69 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.

679 was a great house for our 3 families with kids ranging 2-8 years old. The instructions were clear and description accurate. There were nice amenities to the home: plenty of dishes, utensils, cooking supplies (griddle), etc. SkyRun and owners were very quick to respond and try to help us with a few issues that came up throughout the stay: for instance, needing more cleaning supplies. The resort and stores were a quick drive away, very easy peasy. The kids loved the loft and there was plenty of things for the kids to do- games, lounging, playing outside in the snow. We also loved the big TV and plenty of sitting and lounging areas. The house was perfect for our group and trip. Thank you, SkyRun!
