Step inside to find an inviting living area featuring a stone gas fireplace, plush leather seating, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Enjoy serene views of the surrounding pines from multiple verandas, equipped with ample outdoor furniture, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The kitchen is fully remodeled with modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to cook delicious meals after a day on the slopes. Two queen-size bedrooms provide restful comfort, while the bathrooms have been updated with sleek, contemporary finishes.

Guest Access and Location:

Enjoy special events, prize giveaways, and freshly groomed runs ready for your first turns of the season. The mountains are calling — don’t miss it!

Damage Waiver: SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver of $59 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.

We stayed at SkyRun’s condo over a long weekend and it was outstanding! The condo had a modern and luxurious feel, and was super clean. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. The kitchen and dining area have views of the ski slopes. The ski lifts are walking distance away, across the street. We loved the wood burning fire place that warmed up the place nicely after a day on the slopes. All in all, one of the best places to stay in Brian Head!

We had a wonderful stay in Brian Head and truly enjoyed this place. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for a five-night stay.
