It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. We arrived to a picturesque, snowy afternoon, and our kids couldn’t wait to go sledding right out the back door—having direct access to the snow from the ground floor was fantastic. When it was time to ski, we simply walked next door to the slopes, which was incredibly convenient. The newly renovated condo was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very thoughtfully organized. Every detail was considered, from welcome snacks to extra cozy blankets, firewood for the wood-burning fireplace, and comfortable beds. Our group of two adults and teenagers appreciated the layout, especially having direct access to the bathroom from both the master bedroom and living room. It was great that the teens didn’t have to walk through our room to use the bathroom. The jacuzzi and sauna were just next door, making it easy to enjoy them throughout the weekend.
