Welcome to Flashover Cabin, your charming retreat nestled in the heart of Broken Bow, Oklahoma! This enchanting tiny home offers an idyllic escape for couples, families, or a small group of friends, with its warm ambiance and rustic charm. Boasting a cozy 1 bedroom with a queen bed and an additional sleeping loft featuring a king bed, this cabin comfortably accommodates up to four guests and your pets. Please see the end of this description for services you can add to your stay (early/late check in or out, firewood delivery, pet fees). 

As you approach Flashover Cabin, you'll be captivated by its picturesque setting as this cabin borders the Ouachita National Forest. The expansive deck at the rear of the cabin is the perfect spot to unwind and immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of nature. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening as you enjoy the tranquility of the forest, and keep an eye out for the local wildlife.

Step inside the cabin, and you'll be welcomed into a cozy living room that beckons you to kick back and relax. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, catch up on your favorite shows on the Roku TV, or have a movie night with the provided DVD player. If you prefer some old-fashioned entertainment, there's an array of board games to challenge your companions.

The full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker, an oven/stove, and a microwave, preparing delicious meals is a breeze. You'll also find all the cookware and dining ware you need, making dining-in a convenient and enjoyable experience.

The cabin offers separate heating and AC units in both the living area and the downstairs bedroom, ensuring that you stay comfortable regardless of the weather outside. Cozy up with a book or enjoy a restful night's sleep in the bedroom's plush queen bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, the charming sleeping loft boasts a king bed, providing a unique and cozy sleeping experience.

When it comes to outdoor recreation and relaxation, Flashover Cabin has it all! Gather around the inviting fire pit, surrounded by Adirondack chairs, to share stories and s'mores under the starry night sky. The hot tub is a dreamy spot to soak away your cares, offering the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure. There is a grilling area ready for you to prepare your favorite barbecue dishes and have a delicious meal on the deck, surrounded by nature

For those seeking a little friendly competition, the horseshoe pit is sure to provide fun-filled entertainment. Swing into relaxation mode on the tree swing, or curl up in the hammocks with a good book, letting time slip away.

GUEST NOTES AND ADDED SERVICES: 
P E T S : *There is a flat fee of $50/night if you are bringing pet(s). Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent. Pet limit is 2. Please reach out to us if you have a special request. 
F I R E W O O D : You can opt for a starter pack of firewood to be delivered to your cabin for your stay. 6-8 pieces (depending on size) for $20. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent. 
E A R L Y / L A T E: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your SkyRun host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.

This little cabin, with its amazing deck, is the perfect getaway! Far enough away from the other cabins, you rarely hear your neighbors. At night, the sounds from the forest are the perfect background for relaxing on the deck. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is perfect after a day of hikes. Alyssa was fast to respond to the few questions I had. Can't wait to come back and check out the fall colors!

Great place to stay for myself and my son. Excellent location close to everything. Clean and had everything we needed inside. Would have loved for the area around the house to be cleaned up. Unable to access the horseshoe pit fire pit area or hammock and swing because of the tall grass everywhere. There was also a neighbor that had large dogs off leash that would run up and bark at us.

We loved this cabin! Weve stayed multiple places in Hochatown before, but this one stands out. The kids loved the loft. The back of the lots slopes down into the forest below, creating a serene and beautiful setting. You really feel a part of the woods, rather than just another lot amongst the trees. Its cozy for sure, but had everything you need to be comfortable, while enjoying the great outdoors. Its a good value too, when so many others in the area have chosen to raise prices again and again.

Alyssa was so kind! Any questions or concerns I had she answered quickly and with kindness. Initially I accidentally scheduled the wrong cabin, I let Alyssa know and she quickly mended the situation for me without charging me for the mixup. She had the option to leave it as is, but she took the opportunity to make me so happy with my purchase and feel so welcome and comfortable in the property. Flashover Heaven

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the flashover cabin. It’s very accommodating, had everything we needed. It has a very cozy feel. Very private and romantic if you want a night out in the hot tub. The only thing I would say is the bed was not very cozy. We were close to zip lining and horseback riding so that was fun. I will deff stay there again!

First time visiting Broken Bow and I couldnt have been more happy. We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Alyssa was quick to respond when we had any questions and even suggested great things to do near by. The location was quiet, peaceful and relaxing! Exactly what I was looking for on how to spend my birthday. Loved the cabins decoration as I also did firefighting in the military. Will definitely return.

Our stay at Flashover cabin was a perfect short getaway! We had a wonderful view from the deck, and the cabin was cozy. It is also within driving distance to Beavers State Park and cute restaurants (about 15 minutes to the state park, less than 10 minutes to restaurants in the area). Great place to stay!

This place had everything we were looking for. It was cozy, the view was amazing, you felt like you were in the mountains. I cant say enough good things about this. It was easy to get to with a convenient market located across the road. Its was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect couples getaway! Hot tub was super romantic. We enjoyed the amazing views. We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was great - exactly as pictured and had everything youd want and expect. But the outdoor space - with the deck, patio, outdoor table, hot tub, fire pit, hammock, swing, horseshoes, etc. - was really the best!! Highly recommend. My only regret forgetting to check under the chairs & table to try to figure out if I could find a set to buy for our houses patio.

I am a firefighter from the Dallas area, we loved our stay at the flashover tiny house. The fire theme was very cool and we loved looking at the fire themed decor. With a queen size bed downstairs and a king size in the loft upstairs, there is plenty of room for 4 adults. There is also a very large patio with hot tub and a grill. We will definitely be back!
