Tucked among the pines, Huckleberry Hideout offers a spacious, polished retreat with a modern design and plenty of room for families and groups to enjoy time together. Warm wood details, thoughtful finishes, and large windows overlooking the surrounding pines create a setting that feels comfortable and relaxed. Just a short drive from Hochatown’s restaurants, shops, and attractions, Huckleberry Hideout offers the best of both worlds — easy access to the area’s favorites and a peaceful setting where you can relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

With four private king suites, an upstairs bunk room, a game room, and generous indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, Huckleberry Hideout comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests while giving everyone plenty of space to enjoy time together. Bring those furry friends along too, because this cabin is pet friendly for up to two pets. Please see the end of this description for services you can add to your stay (early/late check in or out, firewood delivery, pet fees).

Gather in the Heart of the Cabin
Step through the front door into the heart of Huckleberry Hideout, where the main living area sits directly ahead at the center of the cabin beneath rich dark-wood ceilings. A beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace anchors the space, while comfortable seating provides plenty of room for the group to gather around the fire in the evening or settle in for a movie together on the TV.

Large windows bring in natural light and views of the surrounding pines, keeping the wooded setting front and center. Double doors along the back of the living area open directly onto the back patio, making it easy to move between the cabin’s indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. The open-concept layout flows naturally into the kitchen and dining area, so everyone can stay connected whether you’re relaxing by the fireplace, preparing dinner, or gathering around the table.

Cook, Gather & Stay Connected
The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and offers plenty of room for preparing meals throughout your stay. Ample cabinetry provides generous storage, while gold cabinet hardware adds a warm contrast to the space. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, generous prep space, and a large island make it easy for multiple guests to cook and gather at the same time. Bar stools at the island provide additional seating and create an easy spot for morning coffee, quick meals, or simply spending time together while meals are being prepared.

Meals Around the Table
Located just off the kitchen, the dining area offers a comfortable place for the group to gather for meals, games, or time together at the end of the day. A beautiful chandelier hangs above the dining table and adds a warm, polished touch to the space.

Three Main-Level King Suites
Three king suites are conveniently located on the main level, each with its own private bathroom. The ensuite bathrooms are beautifully finished with stylish details and thoughtful touches that give each suite a comfortable, upscale feel.

Downstairs Game Room
Just off the dining area before heading upstairs, the game room gives everyone another place to relax, play, and spend time during the stay. Enjoy a game of pool, try the arcade machine, or grab a seat and hang out while everyone plays. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, while full-length drapery gives the room a finished, stylish feel. Sliding glass doors provide direct access from the game room to the back patio, making it easy to move between the indoor gathering space and the outdoor living areas.

Laundry & Half Bath
Located just off the downstairs game room, the half bath also includes a laundry area with two sets of stackable washers and dryers for added convenience during your stay.

Upstairs Sleeping Spaces
As you make your way upstairs, you’ll find the fourth king bedroom with direct access to a full bathroom shared with the bunk room. The shared bathroom features two separate vanity areas, each with its own vessel sink, round mirror, and gold-toned fixtures and accents. A spacious walk-in shower completes the space with stone-look tile and pebble-style detailing.

Open to the game room below, the upstairs bunk room offers a fun extra sleeping space for kids and additional guests. Two triple twin bunk beds provide six twin beds in total. A TV and two comfortable chairs create an easy spot to relax, hang out, or wind down at the end of the day.

Step Outside & Stay Awhile
Just when you think Huckleberry Hideout couldn’t get any better, step outside and take in the outdoor living spaces. Relax in the hot tub, spend the evening around the fire pit, or unwind beneath the covered patio while taking in the peaceful surroundings. An outdoor TV, propane grill, children’s playset, cornhole, and comfortable seating give everyone plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors, whether you’re grilling dinner, watching a game, or simply soaking up the fresh air.
With direct access to the back patio from both the main living area and the game room, the outdoor spaces feel like a natural extension of the cabin.

A 50-amp NEMA 14-50 outlet is available for electric vehicles. Guests will need to bring a compatible Level 2 portable charger or appropriate adapter.

Close to Hochatown, Away From the Rush
Huckleberry Hideout puts you within easy reach of Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and Hochatown’s restaurants, shops, and attractions while still giving you a peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day. F i r e w o o d: You can opt for bundles of firewood to be delivered to your cabin for your stay. 6-8 pieces (depending on size) for $20. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
E a r l y / L a t e: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your SkyRun host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
F i r e p l a c e s : Fireplaces are free to be enjoyed seasonally October 1st through April 30th. You are welcome to use the outdoor wood burning fire pit year round! No cooking or roasting marshmallows in any fireplaces, but please roast away on those wood burning fire pits! Tampering or turning on fireplaces outside of the seasonal window will result in fines.
