Tucked among the trees, Our Father’s House brings families and friends together with generous gathering spaces, comfortable private retreats, and entertainment inside and out. With four king bedrooms, a separate bunk room with its own living and game area, and five and a half bathrooms, hosting up to 14 guests feels effortless. From quiet mornings on the covered deck to games of shuffleboard, evenings in the hot tub, and s’mores around the fire pit, every day offers a new way to spend time together. Bring those furry friends along, too, because this cabin is pet friendly! Please see the end of this description for services you can add to your stay (early/late check in or out, firewood delivery, pet fees). 

Gather in the Main Living Area
Step inside to a striking main living area framed by tall wood ceilings, exposed beams, and an open second-floor walkway above. A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace anchors the room, while the oversized sectional offers plenty of comfortable seating for the entire family. It is the perfect place to gather for family movie nights, unwind after a day of exploring, or simply enjoy a quiet evening together by the fire.

Cook & Stay Connected
The living room flows naturally into the kitchen, where the open layout makes preparing meals feel like part of the gathering. Stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a large island create an easy setup for cooking and serving. Nearby, the turquoise coffee bar adds a cheerful pop of color and gives guests a charming place to begin the morning with a fresh cup of coffee.

The second king suite offers another comfortable retreat with its own private ensuite, complete with a tiled walk-in shower and separate soaking tub for an extra touch of luxury.

Bunk, Play & Unwind
The downstairs bunk room doubles as a second living and game area, bringing an entirely different energy to the stay. Two twin-over-queen bunk beds and comfortable seating make room for sleeping and relaxing, while a TV, shuffleboard, and an arcade-style game table invite kids and adults to enjoy a little friendly competition. An adjoining full bathroom with a granite-topped vanity and tub-and-shower combination keeps everything guests need close at hand.

Two Additional King Bedrooms Upstairs
Make your way upstairs to two additional king bedrooms, each with distinctive wood details, comfortable furnishings, and a TV for winding down at night. Guests in one bedroom can enjoy the privacy of an ensuite bathroom with a spacious double vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The nearby hallway bathroom serves the other bedroom and includes generous counter space, a granite-topped vanity, and a tub-and-shower combination with a tiled surround.

Together, the two bedrooms, convenient bathroom arrangements, and nearby stackable washer and dryer create a comfortable upstairs retreat with plenty of privacy for families or couples traveling together.

Outdoor Living Under the Trees
Outside is where long vacation days naturally turn into memorable evenings. The spacious covered deck brings dining, entertainment, and relaxation together with comfortable outdoor seating, a dining table, and a stone fireplace with a TV. Cook dinner on the grill and share a meal together in the peaceful surroundings, watch the game beside the fire, or slip into the hot tub for a relaxing soak beneath the trees.

Fire-Pit Nights & Backyard Fun
The fun continues in the yard, where Adirondack-style chairs circle the fire pit for evenings spent sharing stories and roasting marshmallows. With popular restaurants, attractions, and outdoor recreation just a short drive away, you can easily experience the best of Hochatown while still enjoying a relaxing retreat tucked among the trees.

P E T S: *There is a flat fee of $50/night if you are bringing pet(s). Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent. Pet limit is 2. Please reach out to us if you have a special request. 
F i r e w o o d: You can opt for bundles of firewood to be delivered to your cabin for your stay. 6-8 pieces (depending on size) for $20. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
E a r l y / L a t e: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your SkyRun host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
F i r e p l a c e s : Fireplaces are free to be enjoyed seasonally October 1st through April 30th. You are welcome to use the outdoor wood burning fire pit year round! No cooking or roasting marshmallows in any fireplaces, but please roast away on those wood burning fire pits! Tampering or turning on fireplaces outside of the seasonal window will result in fines.
WIFI AVAILABILITY: Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary convenience for our guest; however, it is not considered an essential part of the rental. Refunds will not be issued for Wi-Fi-related issues including connectivity, speed, local outages, or accessibility.
