Sunrise Sanctuary Cabin is a newly built retreat just north of Hochatown offering sweeping views in the heart of the Three Rivers Wilderness. Enjoy a peaceful escape just 20 minutes from town with a private hot tub, cozy fireplace, and thoughtfully designed interiors. Whether you’re relaxing indoors, enjoying time outside, or exploring nearby attractions, it’s the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and convenience for a memorable stay.

With design influences rooted in Native American heritage and a soft Southwestern style, the cabin blends color, texture, and natural materials in a way that feels connected to the landscape it overlooks. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to highlight the natural beauty of the surroundings.

This is a place where the views take center stage, inviting you to slow down and take in the beauty of the land. This is a pet friendly cabin, so we welcome your furry guests as well. Please see the end of this description for services you can add to your stay (early/late check in or out, firewood delivery, pet fees).

Indoor Gathering Space
The living room is warm and comfortable, designed as a relaxed indoor space to unwind after a day out exploring. It features comfortable seating, natural finishes, and a beautiful stone fireplace that creates a cozy focal point for the space. A TV is also included for entertainment, making it a great place to gather, watch a movie, or settle in for a quiet evening inside.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Bar Seating
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for your stay, including cookware, utensils, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee maker for easy mornings. It also features a bar area with seating for four, making it a convenient spot for meals, coffee, or casual conversation. It’s a functional, open space that makes preparing food simple so more time can be spent together as a family.

Restful Bedroom Retreat
The bedroom offers a quiet, restful space with a comfortable king bed dressed in soft bedding and a Southwestern-inspired comforter that adds warmth and character. A TV is also included for added comfort and convenience. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the patio, allowing natural light to fill the room during the day and creating a seamless connection to the outdoors. For additional sleeping arrangements, a queen air mattress is also available in the closet, accommodating up to two extra guests when needed. Designed for comfort and simplicity, it provides a calm place to end the day.

Well-Appointed Bathroom
The bathroom is clean and well-appointed, featuring a walk-in shower along with fresh towels and essential amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

In-Home Laundry Convenience
A washer and dryer are available inside the cabin, offering added convenience for families or keeping things fresh during your visit.

Sleeping Arrangements
Sunrise Sanctuary Cabin comfortably accommodates up to four guests with one bedroom and one bathroom, making it a great fit for couples, small families, or a peaceful getaway focused on nature and scenery.

Outdoor Living Experience
The outdoor space is where the experience truly opens up. A private hot tub is positioned to take full advantage of the wide, unobstructed scenery, offering a relaxing spot throughout the day.

A gas grill makes outdoor cooking easy, while the fire pit nearby creates a natural gathering space for evenings under the open sky. It’s a simple, inviting setup for enjoying time outside at your own pace.

It’s a place to step away from distractions, settle in, and enjoy a quiet, restorative stay. Just a 20-minute drive from Hochatown and the area’s favorite local dining and attractions, it offers the perfect balance of peaceful escape and easy access, conveniently located just off the highway for a simple and stress-free arrival.

Guest notes and added services:
P e t s : *There is a flat fee of $50/night if you are bringing pet(s). Pet limit is 2. Please reach out to us if you have a special request.
F i r e w o o d: You can opt for bundles of firewood to be delivered to your cabin for your stay. 6-8 pieces (depending on size) for $20. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
E a r l y / L a t e: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your SkyRun host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
F i r e p l a c e s : Fireplaces are free to be enjoyed seasonally October 1st through April 30th. You are welcome to use the outdoor wood burning fire pit year round! No cooking or roasting marshmallows in any fireplaces, but please roast away on those wood burning fire pits! Tampering or turning on fireplaces outside of the seasonal window will result in fines.
WIFI AVAILABILITY: Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary convenience for our guest; however, it is not considered an essential part of the rental. Refunds will not be issued for Wi-Fi-related issues including connectivity, speed, local outages, or accessibility.
